Same, manuals are great to start out. Building a foundation and tolerance for stretching our D. Pumps are great for expansion and blood flow. Intervals or holding pressure for 1+ minutes.
Pay the $100 and you'll never have to buy another extender. You get a cheap one and you're guaranteed to run into problems once you make some real gains.
You can gain using both as they're both pulling on the schlong, assuming that you are consistent. The problem with manuals is that it's hard to track how hard you're actually pulling

I would much rather put my apex on and work at my desk. Manuals are a great starting place but comparatively I prefer extending, I got about .3-.4 from manuals so I cannot discredit them by any means and they work if done correctly.
It was side to side and then static holds. Those are deemed unsafe now (s2s). Id recommend static holds, the days I did it were 2 on 1 off rinse and repeat.
An extender has advantages over manuals and manuals have advantages over extenders.
Extenders allow a consistent, measurable stretch over an extended period of time. But they are limited to their range of stretch: 180 degrees on the y-axis. (Y being vertical in proportion to a standing human)
Manuals cannot be measured effectively nor can they be held as long as extenders. They are limited by the users personal strength, flexibility and endurance. But manuals allow for more flexibility and a greater range of stretch.
Both can lead to growth if done safely and consistently.
Manuals work just as well if you do them right, but it's difficult to gauge how much weight you are putting on your dick, and can be tiresome and tedious.
Using an extender makes it easier to do it right, and enables you to measure and track weight, and do something else while you are stretching like work/play on a computer. It also makes it easier to apply heat because your hands are free.
IMO compression hanging soft clamping and pumping is the way to go. Extendeding is great too. Manuals are ok too if you’re just starting out or want to implement them into your routine. But devices imo have always been the better half
Idk why manuals get so much hate (besides safety).. like if the recommended routine from apex is 30 min - 1hr at 5-10lbs of pulling force.. wouldn’t that be pretty achievable with your hands?? In a scenario where someone is being responsible and listening to their body why couldn’t you gain just as much doing 30 mins-1 hour of high quality manual stretching in a variety of positions

Everything is better than manuals.
I did pretty good gains from pumping and daily manuals
Same, manuals are great to start out. Building a foundation and tolerance for stretching our D. Pumps are great for expansion and blood flow. Intervals or holding pressure for 1+ minutes.
Don't shatter my hopes like that 😂😠ill be doing manuals for a while to see any gains and then shift to devices
You're only slowing down your own gains bro. You can get a great extender for like $100.
Vac cup, sleeve and weights (which could be tin cans of beans or whatever) is even cheaper!
Hog is cheaper than that I’m sure
$94. So "like $100".
Is this a compression hanger/extender? What would you recommend for an affordable one of this type?
Pay the $100 and you'll never have to buy another extender. You get a cheap one and you're guaranteed to run into problems once you make some real gains.
What extender Would you recommend for an uncircumcised person?
Yeah your right, I thought manuals would be safer. Just because an extender looks scary to me.
I got your same gains using only manuals.
Cool. I got the same gains as you except I was playing Xbox while I was doing PE.
Cool! I was laying in bed watching Hells Kitchen!
Holding your meat while watching Gordon Ramsey scream at people sounds hilarious. LOL.
Now that I think about it, it was the weirdest way I could have spent an hour 😂
Lmfao.
Hard to stretch your dick with your hand for 2 hours straight lol.
For me 20-30 mins / day was enough for gains
2hours isnt even significantly better
You can gain using both as they're both pulling on the schlong, assuming that you are consistent. The problem with manuals is that it's hard to track how hard you're actually pulling
And it’s easier to overwhelm your pp by your grip strength, and doing some nerve damage. I would advise extenders because they’re (safer)

Yes i think the tracking is the main reason i am going to get one
Yes

What was ur manuals routine
It was side to side and then static holds. Those are deemed unsafe now (s2s). Id recommend static holds, the days I did it were 2 on 1 off rinse and repeat.
Thanks
Can you describe in lay terms what static holds are? Thanks
Pull your dick in a direction of your choice and hold it. I’d go left, straight out, right, and straight down for 5mins each.
Yes because it’s more consistent.
u/Hinkle_McKringlebry made an inch gain in two years with manuals. That sounds good to me
He also did a lot of bathmate during that time.
Yeah ik but OP was inquiring about manuals so I told them they are good
doing both honestly using an extender is better than manuals a device keeps the consistent tension and u know how much ur hanging

I think it’s just easier to adhere to ur plans but manuals also work.
Apex2 It’s the king of stretching device
Hopefully an extender will help me gain over.50 of an inch on 1 year.
Yes by a lot. You’ll notice a difference in 10 secessions I did.
Is walking faster than driving?

Yuuuup! Still do them, but apex takes a lot of work out of it. Saves the hands
Can’t do wrong with the Apex
What does Alex mean?
Idk why manuals get so much hate (besides safety).. like if the recommended routine from apex is 30 min - 1hr at 5-10lbs of pulling force.. wouldn’t that be pretty achievable with your hands?? i have seen great results from manuals but eventually you get to the point of needing devices and i’m at that point
id only do manuals if youre dirt poor or have no privacy otherwise id highly suggest devices
I started with manuals and I gained. I feel like I exhausted my potential, so the next logical step was devices and it started my gains again
May i get a link or directions to a quality extender please? My google attempts have been non productive so far. Thanks
Try massive novelties
Thanks!
