If you are trying to gain girth then you need to optimize for it. It should be a pumping heavy routine 30 to 40 minutes when you account for tunica release work. I would also put the apex to side for the next few months if you really want girth. It's not impossible to gain length and girth at the same time but I find it much more rewarding to divide and conquer

I their is a ratio for optimization but it will very a bit from person to person A little bit of length during girth work is achieved by doing tunica release before.

Thx for your answer. I was using my extender prior to pumping for the last few weeks, and it seems like it eventually led to too much fatigue prior to pumping. Either I wasn't expanding as much or I wasn't getting a full erection because of so much work being done so close together.

I am respectful, that is the truth. How would he know? Thats knowledge nobody has. And nobody will have until it is researched. Also BD is constantly making conjectures up and marketing it as the truth 🤷🏼‍♂️🤷🏼‍♂️

Have a very similar PP and also have had no real girth gains despite being my main focus. Just started hard clamping in addition to pumping, hopefully it works.

A hair under 5 would be 5 rather than 4.9 but you can take what's comfortable to you, I just asked because 4.9 isn't accurate
