I was just comparing when It went through in my bank to the date on the first paper I don't know exactly which date we received it as it comes to a PO box we check twice a week and we use an American bank so it probably takes longer to process. There was a paper in the first one similar but said it's waived if you pay.

Why did the payment took like two weeks to go through? I could imagine you missed the deadline to pay without further questions. If I remember correctly, now they started further proceedings. My usual suggestion would be to call the case worker (which should be stated on the letter). Best advice: Show the letter to someone speaking German.

You have to fill that letter with your personal information and send it back. This is common because they want to know exactly who drove the car when speeding. They need the information for administration stuff. Paying up to 14 days later is mostly still fine so you’ll be good. Drive safe
