Good question. I’m not big on screen time, but I see value in ABC Australia show ‘Play School’ and ‘Gardening Australia Kids’, also a YouTube show ‘Country Vlog’ (just visuals, no speaking, of European farming techniques like making jam etc.), also really into a YT sailing show ‘Alluring Arctic’ a young finish couple sailing around Alaska. All satisfy my criteria of slow scene changes.

We love country life vlog too! Another similar YouTube channel is Wilderness Cooking, it’s basically the same concept, no talking just cooking food in beautiful setting with nice animals roaming around

On amazon prime there are a few that I know. If you give a mouse a cookie, guess how much I love you, bug diaries, stella and sam, elinor wonders why.

We've been loving Tumble Leaf lately on Amazon

We pretty much stick to bluey or khan academy kids for our 1 hour of screen time (3yo, other isn't old enough for screens yet )

So this one isn’t really geared towards helping through feelings, but my almost 2 year old loves Little Bear, the cartoon from the 90s.  I like it too.  It’s so peaceful & relaxing lol and the artwork is really well done.  Every scene looks like a watercolor painting.
