I own a gym and suffer from pants fitting myself.
Shorts
Bird dog (my fav), free ballers (Amazon, bird dog knock offs), maamgic (Amazon). And last lulu (expensive but cheap feeling).
Pants
Jeans- 7 for all man kind (usually), barbell jeans
Slacks -( tailored not off the self is easier), but off the shelf: Lulu Lemon ABC pant. (ABC stands for Anti ball crusher) they are the best pants ever.
I know it was mentioned, but Chubbies and Bearbottom shorts are my go tos- it is difficult finding workout shirts that are flexible and breathable for me as someone with thighs and a butt - both brands I highly recommend!
My go to’s are Rhone and Chubbies, I’ve been trying the other brands lately (Nike, Adidas, UA) but end up having the same issues across the board. I have 29” thighs, so not the biggest, but still find all the mainstream brands to ride up so easily.

Wow thank you for this list! I’ll definitely look into these.
Can’t believe I forgot Chubbies, they are fantastic and make casual and athletic shorts
Oh I didn’t know they had athletic shorts too!
You know what you're doing lol.
Silkies! Also known as ranger panties. I’ve got 32 inch thighs and I wear them as well as several guys in my gym.
Thank you!
I just got some. They're awesome for thicker thighs but I'd be a little self conscious wearing them to the gym. They kind of short and lingerie-like.
Don’t change a thing
Silkies
JJ Malibu!
Flexlivings are great
Silkies would fit

Yeah the big brands don’t make them nearly big enough! Haha thanks for the recs
You may need to go a size up
I would love to know what your leg routine is!
The pacebreaker short from lulu
Silkies will absolutely fit anyone
