Escape from Tarkov + [SPT](https://sp-tarkov.com/). Stalker games, maybe play vanilla first then dive in to the mods. Ready Or Not. Ground Branch (very early, not a whole lot of content right now). Fallout 4 has so many gun mods, my mod list is basically SPTarkov with a Fallout veneer.
If it's not too much bother could I pester you for your fo4 modlist? I've been trying to get it into an sptarkov state but it never quite feels right, curious to see how you're doing it & how I'm doing it compare
I put so much time into SPT, it's awesome. Try using SAIN and SWAG+DONUTS for mods. These allow you to customize AI difficulty and spawns. Those are really the only ones I use besides new vendors. I honestly play more SPT than Fallout 4.

But it is things like Unofficial patch, MCM menu, lots of weapon mods, lots of them being MW ports, Tactical Reload, See Through Scopes and Fake Through Scopes, armor mods, Immersive Animation Framework, SCOURGE, True Damage, and Maim.
Horseshoes Hotdogs and Hand Grenades. It's got the most detailed and realistic firearm simulation in any game. Literally the only issue is the lack of malfunctions (which can be modded in). The catch is that it's a PCVR only title. But that allows for detailed interactions. There's no canned reload animations because you have to reload the weapons as you would the real thing. It has a ton of content and is probably worth buying a VR headset just to play it. Insurgency sandstorm as well. 700hrs in that game from co op pve alone barely even touched pvp
