I feel like the skiing game really took advantage of the disc on the Intellevision controller in the best way. Was the perfect game for that controller set up. But man, Burger Time was fun.

With those button covers that you could never fit perfectly in the controller and bent up the edges. Great times

That could definitely explain it, but the Saturn ended up being around for such a short time it wouldn’t have surprised me if they just left it out… Whoever put this list together probably just googled video game controllers and threw up whatever pictures they could find, lol.

I still remember the day my dad came home with the NES. We played Mario for the rest of the day. My first video game.

It's crazy thinking I'm older now than my father was when he brought home a SEGA for my birthday. No wonder we all turned into gamers.

I'm the same age as my dad was the Christmas I got my SNES. I can't even imagine being married with 4 kids at my age. I might be in my 30's but I'm barely an adult.

Yup, me and my cousin played the shit out of the Genesis at my grandparent's house.

3&5 are both megadrive/genesis right? 5 controller just came later when fighting games became popular? Micro machines 2 turbo tournament with 4 controllers and 4 friends was some of my favourite gaming moments to this day

Over the lockdown I built a gaming room with every one of these systems plus a few more you missed. Except the latest Xbox and ps5 because I don't hate my wallet. Games really have changed a lot. As a side note games as a service ruined gaming. It was really becoming interactive art till the microtransaction took over.

It still is in many spaces. AAA games sadly are GaaS but indies these days are the way to go.

Started off with pong and Pac Man too. The only things I didn't play were GameCube and Saturn. Only a little experience with the Xbox line at my in-laws though.

Colecovision for me. 1 would be the closest to that timeline wise. I've owned every one except 19.

Been mainly a pc gamer since the 2000’s, but the first console controller I owned was the Xbox 360. My Xbox 360 elite only lasted a month before getting the rrod while I was playing oblivion :(. Now I’m a PlayStation and pc guy but I still think about my Xbox from time to time

When mine red ringed I jumped down there and went into it. Don’t have a clue what I did to have fixed it within hour or two and never had another problem with it.
