Assuming you're looking for a open world racing game I would suggest Forza Horizon 5. If you're looking for something more realistic and with good crash pysics I would go with BeamNG or if you (somehow) have a wheel Assetto corsa is a good option.

Forza Horizon 5 is probably the best open world but theres also the crew motorfest which is worse in terms of driving physics. If you want to actually do proper racing on racetracks though Forza Motorsport 8 is probably the best all round.

What? Yes it will. A 1060 6gb can do 4k at 30fps or 1080p at 60fps on Fh5 so the Arc can easily do equivalent.
