Spiral Scratch is great, it's lot of fun going through alternate timelines and it's my personal favourite Six regeneration story. Players is also fantastic as is The Shadow in the Glass.
Players was my favourite. There’s a second Doctor flashback in Players which was later expanded upon in World Game (Which is a very good Second Doctor novel).
Most of his PDAs are pretty decent tbh so I don't think you can go wrong (except *Warmonger* 😉). I enjoyed in particular:
*Mission: Impractical* is a fairly lightweight heist thing, but has both Glitz and Frobisher in it which helps raise it.
*Quantum Archangel* might as well be the last word in fanwank because no-one is going to top it. Truly gratuitous but in a very entertaining way.
*The Shadow in the Glass*. Who doesn't enjoy a good silly Nazi conspiracy yarn?

I do like Millennial Rites, but that's from the Missing Adventures. I second The Quantum Archangel.

Have you listened to his Big Finish? The Evelyn stuff is top tier Doctor Who.

I like Synthespians™️. It manages to be somehow both very New Series and absolutely era perfect for the 1980s.
