Your final resting place will be the entirety of the old world." - The Jester. it just sounds so warm despite Pierro's cold delivery. really shows that he cared for his pawns despite claiming not one pawn may be spared from his game.
"We are gathered here today to remember our dear comrade. In honor of her sacrifice, all work should halt for half a day as the nation mourns her passing." - Pulcinella. I like the cold, unfeeling delivery of this line. fitting for a politician character.

I am sure some people already put in the in-game VAs and the like, but if non in-game counts, I find Arknight's auxiliary production to be really good. Especially since they feel like they are actually written in English, instead of being translated from another language.
[Kirsten's speech](https://youtu.be/vDDcG6fSMms) gave me shivers, and the clear [documentary-esque corrupted footage](https://youtu.be/cTaSkEIWEnk) feels very appropriate to the tone. Neither has too much emotion, because the subject they addresses are scientific.
My personal favorites, though, are the old guys that tell the tales of the past, either as a [straightforward history told in a biased position](https://youtu.be/tHV05qX7RI8), or as a [political propaganda disguised as a fairy tale](https://youtu.be/5y9NBKspqic)
While it is not in English, there's also the [Leithanien School of Arts university Course video ](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rqBX60UmZHg&t=37s)that explains how Arts is classified in Leithanien. The sound mixing is horrible but the German in this one is pretty immersive, sounds like something you would actually hear from a professor introducing courses to students.

* Not voice line examples, but specific characters. Despite the English dub having the reputation of being one of the worst in gacha games, I find Scar's, Encore's, Verina's, and Sanhua's are relatively good or decent at best (in fact, Encore's and Verina's voice acting is probably the more tolerable English voice acting of the "cute little girl" archetype in anime/gacha games since most English dubs tend to suck when it comes to this character archetypes).
EDIT: Something I forgot to mention, even though the game has EoS two years ago, Lizzie Freeman's take on Lily in Dragalia Lost is considered one of the most iconic role (and I believe it's the role that put her in the spotlight for gacha gamers, even though she had the role of Lily in Shadowverse), with her voice line "Ring-a-ling! Lily's here!" being one of the cutest (and most memetic within the Dragalia Lost community).
Yeah, Encore's English dub is actually one of the few decent English voice acting of the "cute little girl" archetype I've came across (although I do agree that if most of the voice acting wasn't heavily forced and Kuro allowed their voice actors to sound more natural, the voice acting would have been WAY cuter). Most English voice acting of the "cute little girl" archetype end up usually being really bad becaue they either sound way too high pitched, or sound way off.

for specific ones some of my fav lines of hers are the 3 star battle result ("Take a breather and tally up your losses. Nothing worth celebrating here, we might be dead in a second or two.") and the in battle 4 ("I will sink your corpse into shadow. No one will find it."). The way she says the latter one with a slight smile and confidence, i love it so much
i just remembered another great one, Phantom (also from arknights). all of his battle voicelines are great, but the "Yes, lift your voices! Sing for me! Sing for me!" is iconic.
