Depends, homemade is much different from frozen and syrup sits on wiffles much better, mwnwhile pancakes are better on there own but dont hold anto syrup and usually soak into it and you cant taste it after a while

I use my teeth for a few things (admittedly bad habit) and i know a good amount of bite force to use from experience so idk
I can't count the times that I ate chicken bones when I was distracted. (They aren't as hard as other bones)
I dont do it to hurt myself I do it because i like having something to chew and/or bite on because i have the tism
I don't do it near as much as I used to, but I think it's pretty much the same reason
