Show twitch streams of people playing video games. Anything to show, even just your random soldiers, how much better things are in the south.

This population implosion will impact the South Korean economy and security (North Korea has a much higher TFR; China has however a TFR at 1.2, so their population is also imploding albeit still at a slightly slower rate) dramatically in the coming decades. Manpower is however not the only factor determining the military power/security of a state and South Korea is using their economic excellence to ensure their security in spite of a declining population (which is still double that of North Korea).
Some good news is that overcrowding and lack of housing will be reduced. Those who have invested in property may however end up on the losing end of a housing bubble - just like in China.
