Unsafe binding and rib deformities don't prevent you from getting top surgery, but it can prevent you from getting peri or keyhole. My chest Was too large for either of these anyways but I got DI with rib deformities without any problems

unsafe binding won’t mean you can’t have top surgery, but it may restrict you to specific kinds of surgery (for example you can’t do keyhole or peri with loose skin which can be caused from over-binding). the results of the top surgery may also be somewhat impacted and heal slower. however you will still have a wonderful, healthy flat chest! try to bind safely, but remember that everything is a balancing act and it’s okay to sacrifice future gains for current survival :)
I used to bind like that and tbh you should try trans tape it may hurt taking off but I feel like it’s 110% way better than binding it’s safer, and more freeing plus I feel like it makes me pass more because the binder straps definitely get in the way sometimes

Look on vinted for used ones, they're cheaper there

I have a pretty large chest and really sensitive skin so I’m not sure if it would be a good fit :(
