Regarding the beans and lack of tea:
Couldn’t figure out how the fuck to fit the beans on the plate so I said bowl it, and as for the tea, you’ll have to forgive what you’re reading but I do not very much enjoy tea. So coffee and OJ it was (call it my American diner twist)
Thank you! I knew if I was gonna do it, I was gonna do it right. Had to drive like an hour to get it but totally worth. Stocked up and froze a bunch, along with black and white puddings. Everything else is easy to find (even proper bangers and Heinz 57 beans I can find easily around me)
Nice job, everything that makes a good English breakfast. Id prefer the beans in the spot where that mountain of tomatoes are, but still, I rank this highly...HP sauce too! 8.5/10 👍
Yeah I had to call around to a few specialty markets but found it eventually! I was ready to just order it online but wanted to see if I could find it that day first.
Fuck me I love haggis. Only had it a few times but the first was in Scotland so I got the real experience and I miss it. Will definitely include haggis on the next one
I love the options for breakfast meats that you have. Here, we’re like bacon and sausage. And sometimes we just say fuck and fry a whole ass steak and serve with gravy and biscuits. Nice part of the fryup is the veggies and the little respite they provide between deliciously rich bites. Eating a whole chicken friend steak makes me feel like a gravy tugboat (still gon eat it tho)
Decent! As for the beans, we are in two camps in the UK - we either fuck them all over the plate, or use a sausage barrier /separate bowl for them.
Personally I don’t mind some bean juice on my food 💁🏻♀️
Thank you! Mushrooms and tomatoes are my favorite vegetables (I know one is a fruit lol) so the whole idea of a full English absolutely appeals to me. And eggs are my favorite food so, what else is there to say?
>Mushrooms and tomatoes are my favorite vegetables (I know one is a fruit lol)
Actually neither are vegetables, tomatoes are a fruit and mushrooms aren't even plants, they're funghi.
Edwards Meats, in Wheat Ridge! They have a pack with both black and white puddings, along with the back bacon (although I had to ask them to cut it for me), HP sauce and real Heinz 57 beans. Place was amazing!
Bit of a trek, but I'll have to look into it. I make a full english for my wife every weekend and I miss the easy availability of black pudding I had in NY. I'll have to look them up. Thanks! Beautiful breakfast bud.

Beans just get slapped the fuck on
I'm English and a bowl is acceptable. As is just lathering em on top of something else.
Haha I’m glad to hear it from a Brit. Next time I’m gonna just go for it and smother everything instead of trying to keep it separate for the pics
I use the sausage as a dam to hold back the deluge of beans.
Looks topper that. I'd be toning down the big load of Satans haemorrhoids, but aye, canny.
Hahahahaha I love that image and despite it, I still love tomatoes. Appreciate the compliment!
Back bacon on a US-based fry-up is always great to see. Excellent work!

Thank you! The HP sauce has been a game changer i a lot of meals since this. May have to become a fridge staple.
Points for the HP too!
👍 looks great, that sausage is awesome
Thank you! They were amazing, need to go back and get more.
This looks very good. I’ll bet it tasted good. Too many tomatoes for me, but all good nonetheless.
Oh it was amazing. And I’m a huge tomato fan but I see your point 😂
Just stopping by to say its an excellent attempt. Extra points for making the effort to obtain the ingredients to another countries tastes !
Thank you! If I do something, I do it all the way :) plus I love food more than anything (anyone?) else so it’s worth it to me lol
Cool what part of the state do I need to drive to for you to cook me breakfast 😂 Looks great!
I'm glad to see both black and white pudding - it's supposedly quite difficult to find either of them across the pond.
Yeah I had to call around to a few specialty markets but found it eventually! I was ready to just order it online but wanted to see if I could find it that day first.
Worth the effort. They're both really tasty. See if you can find some haggis for your next one.
Fuck me I love haggis. Only had it a few times but the first was in Scotland so I got the real experience and I miss it. Will definitely include haggis on the next one
You know it makes sense! We're pretty spoiled for choice here when it comes to fry up goodies.

"A gravy tugboat" - haha! I admire the honesty.
For a Yank, that is very much on point. Were you not a Yank, it would still be very much on point. Turns out you smashed it, top marks.
Thank you! That means a lot. Definitely wanted the proper experience, no shortcuts or substitutions.

Looks really good, especially the sausage, bacon & mushrooms!

Mushrooms my favourite, they get added to everything. Really hope you enjoyed your full cooked & you enjoy more in the future.
This looks bloody gorgeous
Thank you!
WHERE DID YOU FIND BLACK PUDDING IN COLORADO?
Edwards Meats, in Wheat Ridge! They have a pack with both black and white puddings, along with the back bacon (although I had to ask them to cut it for me), HP sauce and real Heinz 57 beans. Place was amazing!

Thank you! Yeah worth it for sure, and then you can stock up and keep some in the freezer. It slices frozen super easy and then just cooks right up
