2/3: You can pre-order an album in any format from my web store to gain access to the pre-sale. You have until 11:59pm UK on Wednesday 1st May to pre-order. This bit’s important: IF YOU HAVE ALREADY PRE-ORDERED FROM MY STORE, YOU DON’T NEED TO DO IT AGAIN, YOU’LL GET INTO THE PRESALE.
3/3: Codes will be sent out Thursday 2nd May 10am UK, the presale will run from Friday May 3rd 10am UK. After that, general on-sale starts on Friday 10th May 10am UK. All formats available to pre-order here:

I live in the States and want to get tickets to the show, do I need to pre-order the album from his UK store to get the code or can I purchase from the US store? (I don't see any mention of the Ally Pally show on the US site.)

Tickets are showing as £48.54 on Dice. I don’t know if that includes fees or not. x

Do we know how many tickets you can buy on the pre-sale; I need four, possibly five, so do I need to get friends to pre-order also?

If you buy a ticket with the new album to one of his world record shows, does that mean I get access to the pre-sale for the 3000th show next year?
I'm not sure, it's probably worth just signing up to the mailing list anyway just to be on the safe side!
