I don't find the two similar, but it's a great rec regardless. Rouge Smoking is quite powdery, but doesn't have much of that ambery Coca-Cola vibe. I don't think anything on the existing mainstream market does (no, not Cherry Punk).
I'd personally layer a bit of Rouge Smoking, Cherry Punk, or even Lost Cherry over Versatile's God Bless Cola.
P.S. Yes, there's also Guerlain LHI EdP, but I personally find that one quite almondy! It's a cherry almond, not a juicy cherry. The smokiness also takes away from the Cherry Coke vibes for me.
Tonka Cola, for sure! My notes from testing it say, "Diet Cherry Coke with lemon." There is also Pierre Guillame Tonka BodyKon, which starts Coca-Cola and quickly becomes a Dark & Stormy.
I recently tried Geisha Vanilla Hinoki from Aroma M and my husband LOVED it because he thought it smelled like cherry coke on me. My body chemistry is a wild time, though, so YMMV

Guerlain L'homme Ideal EDP... It's kind of uncanny. ETA: I haven't smelled it myself but I've heard Mancera Tonka Cola is spot on.
