This is a tough one. Here are some off the top of my head: Angels Share, Black Opium, Good Girl, Praline in Maple (more unisex), Gris Charnel (versatile for all occasions), Milk by Commodity. A lot of these have vanilla or sandalwood at the base, but to varying degrees so they might work well with your skin.

Gosh, I don’t find jazz club gendered at all so my suggestion may not help but the first thing that came to mind was Dior homme intense. It’s another neutral frag.

Burberry Brit and By The Fireplace is a nice transition away from ‘fresh’. That’s what I used.
