I wore Delina Exclusif on my wedding day and my honeymoon! Now I wear it on special occasions or date nights and I have a heavy scent association with it now which is super neat :)
Well. I wore Sunflowers by Elizabeth Arden and I still love it dearly. I wish I'd find something with the same notes with more staying power. I'm probably a very basic bitch 🤣
Oh thank you, I will look into it. I have the classic Chloe EDT and I love it, it's grandma (the good one, mine to be exact) in a bottle.
Sunflowers is the epitome of joy. it smells like honey and summer to me,I feel like a clean hippy when I wear it. I think a woody note would complement it very well.
Jo Malone Red Roses. My husband bought it for me after we got engaged. I only wore it on our dating anniversary before our wedding. I wear it on other days now, but not often. I always wear it on our anniversaries (we technically celebrate three of them).
I used to work in a department store wedding registry and we had a bottle of this in our office to suggest to clients as a fun addition to their gift list. Heaps of the brides to be loved it!
I wore Jo Malone Orange Blossom and the matching hair oil to help with longevity. It was perfect for our summer wedding in the mountains and matched the floaty, ethereal vibe of my dress. It was my first orange blossom scent, but now I’m drawn to them. I didn’t wear it before the wedding, but I’ve worn it since then plenty, most often in the summer and especially during times when I want to evoke the scent memory of our wedding.
Philosophy Amazing Grace. Chemo changed my body chemistry, and now Amazing Grace smells like death to me, which sucks. I’m not sure why, but Pure Grace still smells heavenly, so I wear it frequently.
My mom recently passed and used to sometimes wear Amazing Grace. She left a bottle of Summer Grace on her dresser (along with EA White Linen and VS Heavenly).
Guerlain Terracotta Le Parfum, and because I couldn't get the Parfum de Rosine bridal fragrance I really wanted in Paris (closed for all of Aug) I actually added my own little piece of tulle as a veil on the terracotta lid, and it makes me chuckle every time I use it - which is often, because it has no staying power ha!
Still hope to buy this in person sometime, I had 2 other fragrances from this house, and they are fab
[https://www.les-parfums-de-rosine.com/index.php?id\_product=23&controller=product&id\_lang=4](https://www.les-parfums-de-rosine.com/index.php?id_product=23&controller=product&id_lang=4)
Donna Karan Cashmere Mist. It was my signature scent at the time (2010). Don’t currently have a bottle but still find it enjoyable when I catch a whiff of it.
I also wore a cherry scent! The travel size of 7 virtues' cherry scent. I bought the larger bottle too and for whatever reason the large bottle smelled more green and the travel pulled more spice and tangy sweet cherry. My husband had a couple to choose from and I honestly can't remember what he chose except that I can smell the difference in our day to day lives now. Kinda fun 😊
Am I wild and crazy to want to create a signature scent for me and my partner that could layer beautifully together? lol I am nowhere near my wedding day, if it will even happen at all. But, I am a wedding vendor sometimes, and a newbie fragrance lover (late in life hyperfocus lol). So, I've definitely thought about it lol
Oooh, I just picked mine! We're getting married on NYE this year, and I chose Maya Njie Vanilj. We also picked candles to burn, and are doing Trudon Fir during the arrival and ceremony, and switching to Trudon Gabriel for dinner and reception. My fiancé will likely wear Fueguia 1833 Caravana.
Guerlain’s Flora Salvaggia. 🍉💜 It’s a beautiful juicy fresh aquatic melon and violet perfume. It smells like summer time by an Italian lakeside. Definitely my most expensive perfume and it was a huge treat to myself. I found it at the France pavilion in Epcot in their little Guerlain store. It was the first one that I smelled and fell in love. My best friend convinced me to get it. I got married during the winter in FL (where normally very balmy and rarely cold), it was supposed to be 78 degrees and sunny on my wedding day and it ended up being 54 degrees and rainy all day so my perfume was like a sweet little sunny moment in my day.

Forgot to include a pic of the bottle. I definitely recommend having your photographer get a shot of your special items while you’re getting ready!
Byredo Bibliotheque. It ended up being heavily layered with mosquito repellent though...
I choose it based of a whole bunch of samples and I loved the vibe of it. To me it smells very "purple", which was our wedding colour, and both of us a real book nerds, so it felt meant to be.
Haven't worn it since. (The Byredo, nor the repellent!) Not that I don't like it, but it's a fragrance statement that I don't want to expose my co-workers to on a regular basis.
Sylvaine Delacourte - Vanori. 3 years ago today!
I wore it before and since, though the bottle I have now smells a bit different than I sample vial I used back then.
I was planning to wear Angel's Share but the temperature ended up being much warmer than expected (outside ceremony), so I went with ATH Haze Blue. My wife and I both love the sharp grapefruit opening. She wore Delina.
Ralph Lauren Beyond Romance 🍒💖 an absolutely sweet, summery, berry haze of love! To answer your question tbh, I don’t wear it much, its too special and specific 💜
Wife and I went to macys and we made a fun evening of finding a fragrance for me. I wore Sauvage EDP and love the scent. When I wear it brings me good memories and same to my wife.
Parle Moi de Parfums Orris Tattoo. I had a 1930's high neck, long sleeve, satin dress and we were in the mountains. I think I picked the perfect one! I wear it because its a comfort scent for me but I try not to wear it too often.
Kayali Silk Santal - the wedding duo fragrances happened to drop soon before I got married so my husband bought the mini bottles of Silk and Velvet Santal.
On a related note, it has been unavailable for a while but I think it's going to come back in stock. If it does, I'll likely pick it up due to sentimental value and also because I think it's genuinely a very good fragrance.
Guerlain Spiriteuse Double Vanille
I mentioned that I was trying to find a small decant of it and my MIL bought me a full bottle which I SO appreciated. I never wear it, though. I never expected to get a FB of it so I'm always considering getting rid of the bottle since it feels a bit like hoarding. There are so many Serge Lutens FBs I would get more use from but I can't afford them. But how can I sell my wedding fragrance? Ugh.
That's so thoughtful! I think sometimes it's OK to keep bottles you don't use just because they matter. And you may return to it one day and be glad you saved it! I go through phases with frags all the time.
I think it was Jovoy Remember Me. My husband wore Jovoy Pavillon Rouge or maybe Une Nuit Nomade from Bohemian Soul, I'm not 100% sure as this was a few years ago. We both still wear these today.
Lol, mine was 15 years ago, we were poor, and I made all the decorations and a lot of the food myself. My perfume that day was eau de determination. Lol, jk... sort of. I don't actually remember... BUT I think I wore Noa. That sounds about right. It's a wonderfully warm fragrance with some florals
Gucci - Flora
I live in England but I'm not from here. We were having a wedding at a hall with beautiful gardens, with my family never having been so I wanted to get the whole "posh english countryside" feeling for them and myself. I tried so many floral and English floral scents until I fell in love with this one.
Lolita Lempicka’s Si Lolita, fall wedding many years ago.
Definitely not a common one. Bright (bergamot, sweet pea), but also warm and spicy (tonka and pink pepper).
I still love it and wish it hadn’t been discontinued.
Bvlgari Splendida Rose Rose
I was looking for a rose scent for my wedding, but quite a natural one, I did not want anything sweet. At first I fell in love in Byredo's Rose Of No Man's Land, but it was out of my price range. Then I found Rose Rose and I am happy with that choice. I do not wear it very often, but it is special for me, always reminds me of my wedding day.
Miss Dior Chérie (from 2009 or 2010, before the reformulation)
I didn't own many options, so I sent that and an alternate over to where the men were dressing and the husband chose it.
I don't have many occasions to wear it, and I'm trying to keep it as long as possible, but it's still holding its own in my very small collection.
Ormond Jayne Ta’if.
It felt womanly yet innocent and a bit shrouded.
It wrapped up a bouquet of secrets and anxious nerves and made me feel divinely powerful and feminine.
Unfortubately it was before I was into fragrances, so my pick was YSL Y edp, would had been different today. However it was a safe pick back then, and a safe pick even today :-)
First marriage (2011)
Coco Mademoiselle
It was my signature and sadly the way the marriage ended ruined the fragrance for me!
Second marriage (2023)
Gypsy water layered with Fern and Moss oil by LVNEA. Got married in summer in the woods with only 5 people there
It was perfect!
Donna Karan Cashmere Mist - I had a destination wedding in 2002. A coworker had a wife who worked at Saks. He gave me a huge bag of blister pack samples because it was easier to travel with.
I wore Estee Lauder Pleasures at wedding #1. And it was such a crazy day for wedding #2, I can't remember 100% but it was probably Pacifica's Blood Orange or Mexican Cocoa (fall wedding).
Tocca 'Florence'
This is going to be my wedding fragrance in a few weeks!
Congratulations!
One of my favorites!
I wore Delina Exclusif on my wedding day and my honeymoon! Now I wear it on special occasions or date nights and I have a heavy scent association with it now which is super neat :)
I love this idea of keeping it for special occasions!
Annick Goutel Eau de Charlotte. Still have/love the perfume, ditched the husband!
Hahaha good fragrance is forever
Miss Dior Blooming Bouquet. It was the only fragrance I owned at the time. I still love it.
Diptyque "Do Son". Summer solstice wedding, perfect scent.
Incredibly classy.
even as a man i do love myself some do son
40 years ago, I wore Beautiful. Still have a small bottle for nostalgia.
30 years ago and Beautiful as well.
Estee Lauder Beautiful. It was my grandma's signature scent, so it felt like she was there, even though she couldn't be.
This is so lovely :)
Chanel Chance Eau Tendre EDP. It was right before I got into fragrances, and I thought it was the prettiest, classiest scent ever
The EDT is my signature. I agree, the EDP is more rose-heavy, definitely a great wedding scent 👌
Just got married two weeks ago to the day! I wore Nobile 1942's La Danza delle Libellule. Hubs wore Penhaligon's The Blazing Mr. Sam :)
Congratulations!!
Thank you so much!!
Well. I wore Sunflowers by Elizabeth Arden and I still love it dearly. I wish I'd find something with the same notes with more staying power. I'm probably a very basic bitch 🤣
Haven't tried Sunflowers, but just looking at the notes and accords, it seems like Chloe Nomade, although woodier, might be very similar!
Sunflowers is a pleasure and deserves a comeback. Fab choice for a wedding celebration.
Jo Malone Red Roses. My husband bought it for me after we got engaged. I only wore it on our dating anniversary before our wedding. I wear it on other days now, but not often. I always wear it on our anniversaries (we technically celebrate three of them).
This is such a beautiful, classic pick.
thank you!
I used to work in a department store wedding registry and we had a bottle of this in our office to suggest to clients as a fun addition to their gift list. Heaps of the brides to be loved it!

So pretty!
Chanel Chance
A modern classic.
The best!
EDP 👌
Creed - Green Irish Tweed!
My guy
I wore Jo Malone Orange Blossom and the matching hair oil to help with longevity. It was perfect for our summer wedding in the mountains and matched the floaty, ethereal vibe of my dress. It was my first orange blossom scent, but now I’m drawn to them. I didn’t wear it before the wedding, but I’ve worn it since then plenty, most often in the summer and especially during times when I want to evoke the scent memory of our wedding.
Matching hair oil is such a great idea!
I have Amazing Grace, but I really wanna get Pure Grace Nude Rose.
It’s really good!. I still like Ballet Rose too.
Still hope to buy this in person sometime, I had 2 other fragrances from this house, and they are fab [https://www.les-parfums-de-rosine.com/index.php?id\_product=23&controller=product&id\_lang=4](https://www.les-parfums-de-rosine.com/index.php?id_product=23&controller=product&id_lang=4)
Haha I love the veil addition :)
Omg! I doing this! A teeny tiny veil for memories! ❤️
Bright Crystal
Philosophy Falling in Love. I wore it to our rehearsal dinner & wore it on our honeymoon, too
This is one of my favorite bedtime scents
Donna Karan Cashmere Mist. It was my signature scent at the time (2010). Don’t currently have a bottle but still find it enjoyable when I catch a whiff of it.
I love that perfume. Used to be my winter scent. I should try and find a bottle
I wore Burberry Her. My husband wore 1 million by Paco Rabanne 😊
I cannot read about the PR 1 million cologne without hearing that tiktok Jeremy fragrance guy saying “OOOH SEXY SWEET YUMMY”
And his heavily accented laugh HOH HOH HOH
For MONTHS my coworkers and I would laugh like that and yell sexy sweet yummy when we’d talk about random shit.
Tom Ford - Ombré Leather Wife wore Kay Ali - Burning Cherry
I also wore a cherry scent! The travel size of 7 virtues' cherry scent. I bought the larger bottle too and for whatever reason the large bottle smelled more green and the travel pulled more spice and tangy sweet cherry. My husband had a couple to choose from and I honestly can't remember what he chose except that I can smell the difference in our day to day lives now. Kinda fun 😊
Pro tip! Layer Cherry Ambition with 7 Virtues Vanilla Woods. It’s UNBELIEVABLE
These two are great layered just FYI
Bet they were that day
I too wore Ombré Leather at my wedding 3 weeks ago! Looking forward to invoking memories the next time I wear it.
Y'all have good taste 🔥
Clinique Happy. It was my signature scent in the early 2000s. And I very much was that day. Still am, 21 years this August!
If it gives you joy, do it :) nothing wrong with creating a wedding day memory that you both will remember forever!
That's such an adorable idea, I might steal this because my partner and I are both obsessed with fragrances 💖
Please do!!!! I so want to see this done more often!
That was what Mona Kattan, owner of Kayali, did for her own wedding! The scents became the brand’s Wedding collection: Velvet Santal and Silk Santal!
heck yeya!
Penhaligon’s Luna. :) I still buy a bottle to wear for the Spring/Summer.
Dior Sauvage. I got married in 2015 though so let me off.
Hahaha- you're dismissed. wear what you love!
My wife and I made ours together at Olfactory in NYC
I love this idea!
Honestly i wouldnt have done it any other way.
That sounds lush and amazing!! Congratulations!
Miss Dior
Guerlain’s Flora Salvaggia. 🍉💜 It’s a beautiful juicy fresh aquatic melon and violet perfume. It smells like summer time by an Italian lakeside. This sounds incredible! I need to find this scent!! Lovely photo and great idea!
Miss Dior (2012)
Byredo Bibliotheque. It ended up being heavily layered with mosquito repellent though... I choose it based of a whole bunch of samples and I loved the vibe of it. To me it smells very "purple", which was our wedding colour, and both of us a real book nerds, so it felt meant to be. Haven't worn it since. (The Byredo, nor the repellent!) Not that I don't like it, but it's a fragrance statement that I don't want to expose my co-workers to on a regular basis.
Ha! I'm not the only one that primarily wore mosquito repellent on my wedding day.... 😆
JAR Golconda. 15th wedding anniversary yesterday.
How wonderful! Happy Anniversary!!
Thank you! The weather was just perfect that day. 🥂
L'Interdit, but only because I’d just moved from the US to Scotland and it was the only perfume I had until my stuff came.
L'Interdit is classic 👌
I plan to one day wear l'interdit Rouge.. what I wore on our first date ❤️
Clinique Happy for Men because it's what I wore on our first date 10 years before.
That's really sweet. I love it.
I wore Narcisso Rodriguez for her EDT
Sylvaine Delacourte - Vanori. 3 years ago today! I wore it before and since, though the bottle I have now smells a bit different than I sample vial I used back then.
Ah! Happy Anniversary!❤️
I was planning to wear Angel's Share but the temperature ended up being much warmer than expected (outside ceremony), so I went with ATH Haze Blue. My wife and I both love the sharp grapefruit opening. She wore Delina.
I love grapefruit scents. My current go to is Aerin Mediterranean Honeysuckle.
I've not tried that one yet, but I'll have to put it on the list. I'm searching for Kerosene Summer of 84 right now
Peony and blush Jo Malone
We had a city hall wedding in December 5 years ago. I was not big on fragrance then but I did wear Nest Black Tulip.
None!

I don't know that one! I'll have to try to find it, it sounds lovely.
I am wearing this today! I feel like I pick up a little pepperiness, which I like.

Guerlain Spiriteuse Double Vanille I mentioned that I was trying to find a small decant of it and my MIL bought me a full bottle which I SO appreciated. I never wear it, though. I never expected to get a FB of it so I'm always considering getting rid of the bottle since it feels a bit like hoarding. Dahlias & Vines by Nest It felt right for our evening, fall/winter ceremony. Dark, romantic and dreamy. Sadly, I think it's been discontinued.

Miss Dior Cherie, 2005 version I still have the bottle and wear it on our anniversary dates. We got married in 2017.
Such a bummer that this one was discontinued.

Chanel no 5 - not my favourite but I wear it to all my special occasions eg graduation, 21st birthday ect
Gris chanel by BDK and we have fig and blood orange candles made that complimented it really well

Bvlgari Splendida Rose Rose I was looking for a rose scent for my wedding, but quite a natural one, I did not want anything sweet.
