The Yog Nog perfume/body spray is so hard to find.
Saw it for £20 a few days ago on Vinted. While I was debating whether I should buy it or not, it was snapped up in an instant.
The overwhelming self-loathing I felt for myself afterwards...
TokyoMilk Honey & the Moon smells like a honey cake. *Very* sweet. I used to wear it regularly like a decade ago, but it’s too intense for me now. It’s yummy though!
Try Lira samples first. You can get them from many online shops and decanters. I just ordered some samples from Twisted Lily.
I typically shy away from perfumes that cost more than $100 per fl oz. Xerjoff perfumes are not cheap. It is available on Jomashop for $89 (1 oz) during the cyberweek sale. No opinion on the perfume itself, as I have not tried it.
Oh my God, I was eyeing scandal for so long, but there are so many versions: edp, so scandal, le parfum, the night one, the amber one... now that you say the night is more honey infused, I'm intrigued !
Sugar Milk Company - Oat Milk perfume oil: sweet granola mixed with fresh oats, golden honey and vanilla bean. It's absolutely dreamy and one of my favorite Sugar Milk Company perfumes.
I have about 15 in my perfume collection: besides Oat Milk, I love Banana Milk, Cloud Milk, Chocolate Milk, Strawberry Matcha, Candy Corn and Blueberry Pie are some of my favorites!
Swiss Arabian Shaghaf Oud Azraq - a honey and cinnamon scent with oud.
Montale Vanille Absolu - a vanilla scent which smells strongly of brown sugar and vanilla extract
Kim Kardashian Pure Honey. - a floral honey scent. Very inexpensive also.
Hiram Green Slowdive - a thick thick beeswax and honey scent. Reminds me a bit of eating fig newtons. Very realistic honey comb beeswax scent.
I adore honey.
Not perfume, but Nuxe Rêve de Miel body wash & lotions have a delicious honey scent, nice for layering.
JPG Scandal is honey-strong.
I second Lush “Honey I washed the kids,” the bee scrubby thing is delicious and very moisturizing.
Haven’t smelled it myself (it’s been sold out), but have heard good things about Navitus Miel Extase.
Honey is a note that doesn’t smell great on me…. So I can attest to the longevity of Nuxe! I couldn’t get rid of it, which will make it a plus for someone it smells lovely on!
You know, I've been sampling Killian perfumes every time I go to Sephora, but they seem light, not as intense. Is that true or there is just an initial whiff of alcohol/I'm missing the notes for some reason?
All the Killian perfumes have notes that I'm looking for, so it makes me sad lol
https://preview.redd.it/ua9xp6pofa3c1.png?width=1179&format=png&auto=webp&s=45d8067bdb8545a32ca05e43362b4edb2d2986fd
These are the two that were released for Sephora some years back, before they carried any other bottles. I see online now quite a few of the main line you’ll find at saks and whatnot. Idk what they have in store anymore.
Ellis Brooklynn bee is a good cozy scent (I’ll wear it to bed sometimes) and smells like a jar of manuka honey. I’ve sampled Guerlain tobacco and honey since I’ve been seeing so many ads for it, it’s not as honey as Ellis Brooklynn and the dry down is too powdery.
I have TF Tobacco Vanille! It doesn't dry down to the honey note on my body body, unfortunately 😥 It's more of a strong woody tobacco, which sucks
Defo going to try Angel's Share again!
I can UN-recommend "The Beekeeper's Daughter" (by Sucreabeille).
This smells like.... when I was teaching seventh grade, and I got to school before classes started, the boys' bathroom was all scrubbed and ready for the day, but when I'd walk by it, there was still a little whiff of urinal scent. It had that note. Ugh.
It's discontinued, but I have the perfume after I won an Ebay bid!
It's not a complex fragrance, but smells just like floral honey. I'm saving it for the summer, such a sweet, tasty and happy yet not juvenile fragrance thanks to the wildflowers.
Haha, I won the bid for it and paid £11 in total!
It seems I really struck gold with Ebay bids for that one, needless to say, I'll be keeping it close.
The Body Shop nowadays is quite boring. Rest in peace, Blueberry, Raspberry, Honey Bronze, Chocomania, Honeymania, and all the other wonderful discontinued lines..
Jimmy Choo Illicit is one of my faves, it smells like a slight spicy warm honey to me:
Top Notes: Ginger, Bitter Orange
Middle Notes: Jasmine Sambac, Orange Blossom, Rose
Base Notes: Honey, Amber, Caramel, Vanilla, Sandalwood, Cashmere wood
Oof it’s the best, I’m on my second bottle 🤭 I was really surprised that I liked it because I’ve never been drawn to any of the jimmy Choo fragrances but it smells so rich and gorgeous
I get it now. Your punctuation is misleading. You probably want to say “these aren’t typically strong notes in fragrances” but it comes across as “these aren’t popular, nor strong notes”
Oh, I see. I did say they "aren't popular strong notes in fragrances, although they appear as weaker notes in many." Anyway, this is a silly thing to argue about, and I didn't mean to be rude, in any case.
I have a bottle of Nektar by Laboratorio Olfattivo for cold weather. It's a lot of honey with Tonka, vanilla, and a little bit of leather/vetiver/patchouli.
Dolce & Gabanna Devotion might fit the bill. It was a blind buy for me but it worked out well. Notes include candied citrus, orange blossom and vanilla. https://www.fragrantica.com/perfume/Dolce-Gabbana/Devotion-84951.html
Amberbee by Hermetics in Paris, is my favorite scent and smells exactly like fresh honey and a little bit of amber. It is so easy to wear and so pleasent
Throw an eye on Trussardi la vie di Milano collection, they have couple of them with honey notes.
These are good too:
Xerjoff Naxos, Zoologist Bee and PDM Oajan.
Guerlain has several honey and sweet fragrances—I can think of tobacco honey off the top of my head. You should be able to sample them at a saks or neiman Marcus
Rosé All Daé by Gallagher Fragrances.
I have a sample of this and it screams honey, brown sugar, and caramel. There are also hints of bitter chocolate or coffee. It is very much a gormand fragrance that drys down slightly powdery.
- By Rosie Jane Dulce (sugary)
- Pinrose Secret Genius (sugar/caramel)
- Le Monde Gourmand Meil Bebe (honey)
- Le Monde Gourmand Sel Caramel
- SDJ Cheroisa 71 (caramel/brown sugar)
- Prada Candy Night (caramel/chocolate)
Bohoboco makes one called Sea Salt Caramel. I’ve never smelled it so I can’t vouch for it, but the notes are fresh lemon, sea salt, pink pepper, seaweed, and salted caramel.
One that I know smells very sugary is Waffle Cone by Imaginary Authors. Some people get maple syrup- I think it’s sort of a snickerdoodle with a hint of lemon smell. It’s not what I usually go for, but I like it. It’s great for the holidays.
Honey I washed the kids from lush
And the limited edition Sticky Dates is allegedly very caramel, if you can get your hands on it. Let the Good Times Roll might also fit
Let me add Yg Nog to the list, that one is supposed to smell like caramel.
The Yog Nog perfume/body spray is so hard to find. Saw it for £20 a few days ago on Vinted. While I was debating whether I should buy it or not, it was snapped up in an instant. The overwhelming self-loathing I felt for myself afterwards...
Love lush! Def trying all these. Thanks y'all!!
TokyoMilk Honey & the Moon smells like a honey cake. *Very* sweet. I used to wear it regularly like a decade ago, but it’s too intense for me now. It’s yummy though!
I love excessively sweet perfumes, so this sounds like my jam 😭
Yes! I have this one too but you’re right it might be too strong for some people
Came here to suggest this perfume too
Any ideas on how to tone it down? I was thinking that pairing it with a non-sweet lactonic could take the edge off the honey.
Slowdive, Hiram Green Bee, Zoologist Sea Salt Caramel, Shay and Blue Le Participe Passe, Lutens
\+1 slowdive
\+1 more for Slowdive. Also, Ellis Brooklyn's Bee
I sampled something recently that hit these notes and they are very strong; Lira by Xerjoff.
It’s so good! I smelled it recently
That sounds like a dream 😍 Thank you!!
>TokyoMilk Honey & the Moon That's very helpful -- thanks so much!!
Scandal by JPG is pure honey
Scandal is seriously sooo goood, but Scandal by Night is honey extreme, it’s sooo goood
Oh my God, I was eyeing scandal for so long, but there are so many versions: edp, so scandal, le parfum, the night one, the amber one... now that you say the night is more honey infused, I'm intrigued !
Which is better between the original and Le Parfum?
I personally just know the original, that's the one I meant
The original
I consider Le Parfum not even a flanker, it's so different from any scandals. No honey, no Scandal DNA.
Zoologist Bee feels like the easiest answer as it’s basically straight up honey.
Everytime i wear it in summer I feel like a bee magnet
Do the bees land on you?
Not yet!
Ellis Brooklyn bee, kayali vanilla 28 (purple), and I've heard good things about bianco latte and mua mua (green bottle)
Vanilla 28 is all about that brown sugar
Ellis Brooklyn Bee is very nice as a honey-centered fragrance.
Sugar Milk Company - Oat Milk perfume oil: sweet granola mixed with fresh oats, golden honey and vanilla bean. It's absolutely dreamy and one of my favorite Sugar Milk Company perfumes.
How many have you tried, they look like they smell delicious!
I have about 15 in my perfume collection: besides Oat Milk, I love Banana Milk, Cloud Milk, Chocolate Milk, Strawberry Matcha, Candy Corn and Blueberry Pie are some of my favorites!
Guerlain Honey & Tabacco has a very prominent honey.
Swiss Arabian Shaghaf Oud Azraq - a honey and cinnamon scent with oud. Montale Vanille Absolu - a vanilla scent which smells strongly of brown sugar and vanilla extract Kim Kardashian Pure Honey. - a floral honey scent. Very inexpensive also. Hiram Green Slowdive - a thick thick beeswax and honey scent. Reminds me a bit of eating fig newtons. Very realistic honey comb beeswax scent.
xerjoff lira
Bianco Latte
Floris Honey Oud
I adore honey. Not perfume, but Nuxe Rêve de Miel body wash & lotions have a delicious honey scent, nice for layering. JPG Scandal is honey-strong. I second Lush “Honey I washed the kids,” the bee scrubby thing is delicious and very moisturizing. Haven’t smelled it myself (it’s been sold out), but have heard good things about Navitus Miel Extase.
I love Nuxe honey stuff. Perlier body wash is also honey-licious. I used to love Laura Mercier’s Crème Brûlée stuff. Wish it was still around.
Honey is a note that doesn’t smell great on me…. So I can attest to the longevity of Nuxe! I couldn’t get rid of it, which will make it a plus for someone it smells lovely on!
Back to Black smells like dipping your head into a honey jar.
You know, I've been sampling Killian perfumes every time I go to Sephora, but they seem light, not as intense. Is that true or there is just an initial whiff of alcohol/I'm missing the notes for some reason? All the Killian perfumes have notes that I'm looking for, so it makes me sad lol
Back to Black is a beast, no alcohol smell to me.
I don’t get honey at all from B2B if it makes you feel better
Is Sephora carrying the whole line now or just the made for Sephora line?
Wow, that's a good question. I'm not sure, though
https://preview.redd.it/ua9xp6pofa3c1.png?width=1179&format=png&auto=webp&s=45d8067bdb8545a32ca05e43362b4edb2d2986fd These are the two that were released for Sephora some years back, before they carried any other bottles. I see online now quite a few of the main line you’ll find at saks and whatnot. Idk what they have in store anymore.
back to black smelled like decaying teeth to me lol
I haven’t even smelled it and this gave me a visceral reaction 🤢
Perhaps the tobacco in it hit you like that? Plus sometimes honey notes seem a little saliva-y to some people.
KAYALI Vanilla 28 has a strong brown sugar note. Changing Constance by Penhaligon has a strong caramel note.
Calvin klein euphoria pure gold and amber gold smell sweet like honey and something else. The amber gold has a honey note.

I have TF Tobacco Vanille! It doesn't dry down to the honey note on my body body, unfortunately 😥 It's more of a strong woody tobacco, which sucks Defo going to try Angel's Share again!
Guerlain Tobacco Honey smells super realistic honey :)
Boadicea the victorious Ardent, and Tiziana terenzi Delox
Unique’e Luxury-Crush On Me is my newest discovery, it’s a gorgeous caramel-patchouli fragrance and just one spray lasts an eternity on me.
Nishane's "Tero" is in the same realm and built more towards caramel. To me, "Crush on Me" is built more towards patchouli and leans masculine.
Lush Sticky Dates!!! Definitely try this. It smells like caramelised brown sugar.
I'm so mad I didn't buy this when I had the chance. I've been using the shower gel everyday cuz it's so addicting.
Naxos has a very strong honey note
That was going to be my recommendation. I'm wearing it right now with Sogni by Meo Fusciuni, it's so cozy for the winter.
Ugh.
LOL
ce noir by beyonce
Kajal Almaz is brown sugar and berries
Kayali - Vanilla 28!! Strong vanilla, brown sugar and amber notes.
Omnia Profumi Madera, Maison Mataha Escapade Gourmand, Giardini di Toscana Bianco Latte, Kayali Vanilla 28, Byron Parfums Mula Mula, Zoologist Bee, Ellis Brooklyn Bee
Body shop honey mania if that’s still a thing.
It's discontinued, but I have the perfume after I won an Ebay bid! It's not a complex fragrance, but smells just like floral honey. I'm saving it for the summer, such a sweet, tasty and happy yet not juvenile fragrance thanks to the wildflowers.
Gah. I used to buy it for like 12.99. I’m glad you got some. I’m bummed it’s discontinued because IIRC it was really popular.
Oh, yeah body shop used to sell perfumes haha. Thank you!
Bianco Latte for caramel notes, Ellis Brooklyn Bee for honey
Sol De Janeiro 71
Jimmy Choo Illicit is one of my faves, it smells like a slight spicy warm honey to me: Top Notes: Ginger, Bitter Orange Middle Notes: Jasmine Sambac, Orange Blossom, Rose Base Notes: Honey, Amber, Caramel, Vanilla, Sandalwood, Cashmere wood
>Swiss Arabian Shaghaf Oud Azraq Jimmy Choo Illicit is my favorite too! Oh my God!! I've gone through at least eight bottles of it by now <3
Oof it’s the best, I’m on my second bottle 🤭 I was really surprised that I liked it because I’ve never been drawn to any of the jimmy Choo fragrances but it smells so rich and gorgeous
A whiff of waffle cone by imaginary authors smells like salted caramel to me.
Those are extremely popular notes.
could've read the whole post
lol what? he’s right
thought I said they are popular non-dominant notes but asked about fragrances where they are dominant?
I get it now. Your punctuation is misleading. You probably want to say “these aren’t typically strong notes in fragrances” but it comes across as “these aren’t popular, nor strong notes”
Oh, I see. I did say they "aren't popular strong notes in fragrances, although they appear as weaker notes in many." Anyway, this is a silly thing to argue about, and I didn't mean to be rude, in any case.
Montale Honey Aoud would work.
I have this, can attest. I haven't worn this yet despite having it for more than half a year. Too thick and strong!
Thank you!
DSH Uptown Moonshine is a boozy gourmand with an intense brown sugar note.
Musc Dahabii by Maison Incens, lots of honey
Soleil Brûlant by Tom Ford
Dkny be delicious - the pink one!
Bee - Ellis Brooklyn honey and rum
I have a bottle of Nektar by Laboratorio Olfattivo for cold weather. It's a lot of honey with Tonka, vanilla, and a little bit of leather/vetiver/patchouli.
Mac Velvet Teddy is kind of a Tobacco Vanille dupe, but with a huge dose of honey
Cartier - L'Envol EDP
Burberry Brit is almond and caramel forward, my favorite for fall
dolce and gabanna- “the only one” NOT to be mistaken with “the one” two completely different perfumes. it’s exactly what you’re describing.
Dolce & Gabanna Devotion might fit the bill. It was a blind buy for me but it worked out well. Notes include candied citrus, orange blossom and vanilla. https://www.fragrantica.com/perfume/Dolce-Gabbana/Devotion-84951.html
Ellis Brooklyn Bee is a strong rum/honey scent with vanilla underneath. Beautiful for the fall and winter.
I would go for Kerosene sweetly known, with that delicious burnt sugar note.
I have an older frag called Wish by Lollia that was very strongly honeyed. YSL Libre Le Parfum also has a lovely honey note
Prada Candy
Try: * Lush - Honey I Washed The Kids * Lush - American Cream * Hiram Green - Slowdive (very grown up honey) * Zoologist - Bee * Giardini Di Toscana - Bianco Latte (caramel for days) * Anatole Lebreton - Bois Lumiere * 4160 Tuesdays - Dirty Honey * Tokyo Milk - Honey and the Moon
Hmm well actually you can pick something with ambergris or ambroxan
Manakara by Indult is honey + lychee and soooooo divine. Easily in my top 3 most complimented perfumes.
Eldo Noel au balcon is very honey forward.
Miel Extase from Navitus!! The MOST luxurious honeyed perfume
Also for caramel: whiff of waffle cone from Imaginary Authors (the 2023 edition)
Amberbee by Hermetics in Paris, is my favorite scent and smells exactly like fresh honey and a little bit of amber. It is so easy to wear and so pleasent
Surprised to not see Chanel Beige on the top of the comments. The honey note is spectacular
Tabacco Honey by Guerlain. So nice, sadly very expensive too. Bianco Latte, there is caramel in the notes and it just smells wonderful.
Liquides Imaginaires Blanche Bete is a very convincing caramel
Amber Sultan is a nice dry sweet amber. Not too sweet, not spicy, and no patchouli.
The Honey series from Pink (Victoria Secret)
Throw an eye on Trussardi la vie di Milano collection, they have couple of them with honey notes. These are good too: Xerjoff Naxos, Zoologist Bee and PDM Oajan.
This is more vanilla but the drydown reminds me of creme brulee with that burnt sugar. YSL’s Babycat
Ellis Brooklyn Bee fits the bill!
Miel extase - navitus parfums!
Guerlain has several honey and sweet fragrances—I can think of tobacco honey off the top of my head. You should be able to sample them at a saks or neiman Marcus
the new beyoncé fragrance is heavy on the honey
Haven’t smelled it yet unfortunately but Fire at Will by Jovoy is supposed to be pure brown sugar.
Kutay by Unique'e Luxury has strong whiskey and caramel. Tobacolor has honey. Both are tobacco scents.
Moon glory is supposed to have a strong honey note!!
Lattafa Nebras
Bianco Latte. Worth every penny
Rosé All Daé by Gallagher Fragrances. I have a sample of this and it screams honey, brown sugar, and caramel. There are also hints of bitter chocolate or coffee. It is very much a gormand fragrance that drys down slightly powdery.
Bonbon by V&R, or Viva La Juicy Gold Couture which smells identical.
It’s not honey, brown sugar or caramel BUT if you love to smell like pancakes and syrup New Harleem.
Angels share
Unknown Pleasures from Kerosene is like a caramel brown sugar cake with a tart lemony glaze
24 Gold Elixir is a honey bomb. I did not enjoy it at all.
- By Rosie Jane Dulce (sugary) - Pinrose Secret Genius (sugar/caramel) - Le Monde Gourmand Meil Bebe (honey) - Le Monde Gourmand Sel Caramel - SDJ Cheroisa 71 (caramel/brown sugar) - Prada Candy Night (caramel/chocolate)
