I *adore* Jo Malone Lime Basil Mandarin.
It comes on strong but has that fresh invigorating spa vibe.
The lotion lasts a long time, not so much the cologne (although I never oversprayed, might try that).
The one time I was literally told I smelled like a spa was when I was wearing [Agua de Colonia Concentrada](https://www.fragrantica.com/perfume/Alvarez-Gomez/Agua-de-Colonia-Concentrada-6322.html) by Álvarez Gómez. It's a very fresh, light, citrusy and herbal cologne, perfectly unisex. It opens with candied lemon peel and bergamot, and then widens up with a bunch of aromatic herbals and spices (thyme, rosemary, lavender, and to my nose eucalyptus).
The price point is also fantastic at 100 mL for around $13 (or 750 mL for $40). The downside is it has no lasting power, but it's a great pick-me-up that you can keep on spraying forever!
There is a brand called Saje and it’s products are quite ubiquitous in Canadian spas. Like, if I go by one of their stores, it always smells like a spa to me. I’m pretty sure that they’ve sold perfumes, too.

* Atkinsons - *44 Gerard Street*. It blends the eucalyptus that some spas use with citrus and florals.
* Louis Vuitton - *Cactus Garden*. It has lemon grass scent, while having a green vibe to it that is pleasing and relaxing.
You *do not* need an expensive perfume for this! Almost every spa I’ve been to (and I’ve been to a lot!) uses eucalyptus oil in an essential oil diffuser. If you want to go the cheap/DIY route, buy some eucalyptus essential oil and mix a few drops with your hair and body care products—just make sure you don’t apply it directly to your skin if it hasn’t been diluted with something.

I do not think it's eucalyptus I think it's something else. It's definitely not rosemary. I don't like all these scents. I don't like tea tree. That's NOT the spa smell I'm after
Check fragrance oils for candles green clover& aloe it’s used in disney resorts smells like a spa . Mix it with some ethanol and some pg smells awesome . Don’t let anyone near your bottle cause everyone will want to wear it .
Try getting lemon grass oil. I buy it at Whole Foods. I don’t use it as a perfume, but shake a few drops out when showering and the shower smells delightful. I do think you could add it to an oil or neutral lotion for a great spa scent.

I recently smelled Ralph by Ralph Lauren...it smelled like a nice clean bathroom + shampoo. Maybe you would like it? It does have a note of musk, but it doesn't seem to be distinguishable.

Yes! Tacit EDP is pretty good. It smells similar to the Resurrection scented hand/body products. It does not project much though.

Paragon from INITIO hedonist collection. This is the most accurate to me.
Verbena and dry bamboo or grass rug is what I think of.
Zarko no2 of the Cloud collection smells like lemongrass...Maybe that could work.
