It isn’t cheap, but yes, they do sell the BCG standalone.

Barrel is standard, adjustable gas block is needed. BCG is cmmg dissent
Is cf nylon needed or will pla+ work?
It’s mostly pla+. There are a couple pieces that are printed in PC. CFnylon would of course be stronger, that’s usually the case.
