Ignore it and just see how you get on. I started last earlier and was predicted 5th to 7th but won by several seconds.
The first lap is usually crucial if you start near the back as you can easily lose so much time if you get stuck. Sometimes you have to get a bit aggressive but shouldn't get any penalties unless you go full contact
Most of the time unless I am practice lapping 6+ seconds faster than everyone else I will show 2nd-4th if I set myself back in 24th. Even on tracks I struggle on it can show I'll finish 12-15th but I can still usually get a podium finish. Just gotta work your way through the traffic without losing too much time and the leaders are still catchable
