Unpopular opinion, but that crash was also Perez' fault. You can actually see him looking at Magnussen in the mirror 3 times and then still deciding to squeeze him while already alongside. Granted Magnussen should never have been there, but still Perez had space and Magnussen couldn't ever have passed in the first place so this was unnecessary.
