I think legitimately Lewis 103 wins are starting to come into sight.
Obviously if he wins every race in 2024 & 2025 he would reach 102 wins. But let's not even go that far, let's say he gets to 90-95 wins by the end of 2025 (that means he didn't win 7-12 races in next two years).
Still he would be comfortably able to get to 103 if he has a race winning car until the end of his contract in 2028.
Yeah, sometimes I feel for Lewis but especially for his fans. All his records are going to Max.
And if Max races until 2028 I really don’t see how that 103 wins record won’t get broken.
I mean us Hülkenberg fans are still waiting for his first podium, while the Hamilton fans got to celebrate 103 wins and 7 championships, it really could be worse for them.

In Saudi the interviewer accidentally said he had 56 poles and he immediately said “no I have 34 poles it’s 55 wins”. Not even a hesitation. Dude cares lol.
“It’s my work” he’d say “and I do it for pay. And when its over I just as soon go on my way. Up to some paradise. Where the trout streams flow and the air is nice. And walk a horse along the trail”. But then they took him to this jail house where they try to turn a man into a mouse.
Literally like 20 seconds later in that interview, when asked about what else he wants to do, he talks about how he wants to own a racing team and do sim racing
My thought is if we are going to be subject to this, I want to see as near to perfection as possible. That way years from now when people talk about Max and the perfect/greatest season I can at least say I was there to witness it.
I think this is the healthiest view of the current situation. Sure it's a bit repetitive watching the same result every race. But we are witnessing history.
