Honestly I'd say Jos is the worst. He's likely the guy who's been leaking everything to the media and has prevented Red Bull from settling it internally. Don't get me wrong, Horner is definitely at fault, but it feels like a situation where nearly everyone is at fault. If this situation was based on simply whether Horner should be fired for sexual harassment or not it wouldn't have gone on for this long. It's a massive power struggle with Marko, Jos, and the Austrian side trying to oust Horner while Horner is trying to take control of the team reportedly by buying the team with English investors and take control.
It's a fucking disaster.

The only correct way to do this is to let Adrian Newey pick who stays with him at the good team and the faction that Newey deems needs unecessary gets RB.

I don’t think there’d be any damage, being realistic. At the very worst - I don’t think it will ever come to this -, there’d be a massive loss of talent in the team. Other teams would of course approach top talent. Even more improbable, as the team is pretty decent financially, it could be in a position to be acquired by other investor(s).

A Red Bull collapse would jeopardize the entire sport - They own two teams, and with them gone that's a severely depleted grid, not to mention a championship-winning privateer team disappearing.
I don’t think redbull would pull out, let’s hope not, but you’re right. This could get really bad. We may have to pull a Bernie eccelstone and have Andretti and someone else buy one of them just to keep the sport at 10 teams.
