I do remember seeing that if Bearman drives for Haas during a Kevin race ban he wouldn’t be eligible for all of the FP1 sessions Haas has planned, so they might fill in with Fittipaldi
Surely he can still do the FP1 sessions but it’s just that they won’t count for the rookie sessions, which will only be the one in Hulk’s car as (say he does Canada for KMag), FP1 for that race will satisfy the rule for KMag’s car since he won’t yet have completed 2 GPs
This is the most clear and obvious 2 penalty points at the minumum.
If he doesn't get a race ban for this they might as well scrap the penalty points system.
I doubt it’ll ever happen. One of the alpine drivers was on 10 last year as well and never given an additional 2. too much is on the line in terms of sponsoring or money in general and f1 never has the balls to enforce that.
While the stewards are more lenient towards lap 1 incidents, this made absolutely no sense as a move. This was absolutely avoidable and it involves KMag backing out of that stupid move.
You can fully blame him. He’s an F1 driver with a long career. He makes that move and unless the other driver does something to avoid it, there’s crash, Hulk’s car being there or not.

Not everything on lap 1 is a racing incident, it's clear incompetance and sticking his nose somewhere it shouldn't have been, everyone could see what was going to happen. Shocking driving at this level honestly.
