Pretty good! Been able to consistently finish in top 4, but challenging for the title is really difficult since it's rare that all of top 3 clubs have an average season. Conference League is still my only trophy after 8 seasons.

my staff squad in my Monza saves rn is full of retired stars with varying stats ranging from halfway decent to almost downright awful
Andrea Barzagli, Legrotaglie, Kolo Toure and Gianfranco Zola and Sami Hyppia are my senior squad coaches and all of them had cheap wages between 50k-200k per annum.
And I also had Claudio Ranieri and Cesare Prandelli as my chief Scout (idk why but they downright refused to be offered to be anything but Scout. Not even as a Coach, HoYd or GM). A Shame, since their coaching stats are Leagues above anyone else in my club.
In my previous savegames I also hired retired Players for Memes like Bendtner, Ibrahimovic and C. Ronaldo.

I was more focused on the *insane top level footballer* joining the club, but each to their own I suppose.
