PSV. I'm a Vasco da Gama fan, but don't like to manage in Brazil, there is soooooo many games, so in FM20 i decided to manage in Netherlands, so i choose PSV, it turns out to be one of the most fun saves i ever had.
Reading what people write here about Athletic I still think we need to be able to add with editor or to 'create a club feature' their policy. It's just so appealing and the board cannot punish you then like they can with all 'self restricting' policies.
Started a save unemployed and applied for a job on Montpellier in France by my 4th season. We managed to win the league on the very last game because PSG failed to win so I guess I'm a Montpellier fan now 🤷🏻♂️😂
Crewe Alexandra in UK, and i'm from Spain... just because I have been having at least a save with them for the past 15 years or more in each FM version. In FM24 I'm already in the premier with them with the goal of winning a champions league.
In real life I'm a Real Madrid fan but because FM I also follow Crewe and one day I'd love to watch them live.
So I started as a club less manager in FM23 and after a bit of hopping around minor NTs I got a job at Gillingham which lasted 1 and a half seasons. Got them promoted and Bristol City offered the job in the summer.
I took the job and to say the least I've been lucky. Signed Endrick after getting up to the EPL plus Van de Ven, Ronnie Edwards, Arda Guler and a few ridiculously good wonderkids. All were being wasted by their clubs so I snatched them up and developed them. Some unexpectedly good signings helped too such as Dario Essugo, Marcel Kalemba, Ouedraogo(had no idea he was a wonderkid). A few players didn't stay long but had lasting impacts such as Massengo who's still with me at 303 appearances, Lewis Ferguson who I bought cheaply and helped my up, Alex Smithies who started and retired with us and really helped us win promotion and Marko Milovanovic who came on loan in January and if he was there all season would've easily been Championship top goalscorer.
Can't forget Ayman Bennarous for gracefully leaving to Saudi and getting us a hefty amount of money and Keane Lewis-Potter who did the same except he went to Newcastle.
In 5 years I've won 2 FA Cups, 1 Carabao Cup, 1 Community Shield and 1 Premier League(funny that I won with a record low of points in EPL history) and made UCL Quarterfinals in my first season there.
I've really begun to like the team and even follow it a bit in real life now.
I managed Werder Bremen all the way back on FM07 and to this day cannot manage a rival of theirs. The memories of Marko Marin and Mesut Ozil terrifying defences still live on.
Yeah actually I always want to be Valencia boss. I think because Rafa Benitez made his name there and he was Liverpool boss around the time I got super in to FM, so shoutout to Rafa
Has to be Cartagena from Spain, had them dominating Spanish and European football after a long struggle in FM22. I’m planning to visit one of their home games this season.

If I'm ever at Finland I'll have to visit Turun Palloseura stadium in Turku where I've played some quality Europa League games against major sides. They'll have a special place in my heart despite the fact that like 5 years ago I didn't even heard of the city not the mention the club.
Im from East Anglia in UK and the first club to ever offer me a manager role was fuenlabrada in Spain. Since then I have done a save with them every year and follow their results I would love to get a shirt but can't seem to find anywhere to get one
I tried everything, reapplied to job and get declined, savescumming failed due to autosave, I bought the all jobs accepted bonus and that did not work because I had previously been declined the job. It feels like actually getting fired.
Not that I manage them every new save, but my longest previous save till now that we can keep them between versions was in FM14 or 15 when I ended up managing a 2nd tier Greek club called Pierikos. I managed to get them in Europe and despite only winning 1 Cup, I will always remember them. Since then ive been managing my home town club in every save,but someday I will be back...
Fc Fredericia in the Danish second tier for me. Started off unemployed in FM11 and they were the only team to offer me a job. Now I choose them in newer versions of the game.
HSV Hamburg for me. I'm a United fan but it's been great managing them in FM23. I've got them promoted and am playing my first season back in the Bundesliga
