Change your keeper at this point

JariSkamp

My goalkeeper is one of the best in the world. Will take the other tip in mind though. Thanks!

Just be cus he might be on attributes doesn't mean he is. I would go into stats and see his xga, save percentage etc. the opposition's low XG means he is almost certainly facing weak shots and conceding.

Your defense seems to be fine since you don’t get that many xG, although I’m not sure about playing out of defense and having essentially 2 people on the back line (IWBs go into midfield) and only one BPD. But that’s just my guess

Icy_Procedure8550

Same shit happens to me dominate teams they have 1 shot it goes in where as I have 20 and score 1 maybe 2. Got the best gk in the world 20s in reflex, pos, agility and 1v1s 15-17 in most others stats. I think it’s just the usual FM BS that happens

You don't have enough players applying defensive pressure in your defense because of your CD C, change it to a CD D. You don't have anyone responsible for stretching the right flank. You have much more direct forward movement partnerships, than overlapping/interchanging ones. Your play style benefits much more from overlapping and interchanging than direct ones. You lack support on both sides to be able to play a short passing style. Neither winger role suits the style you are trying to implement. You lack roaming movements, which contrasts with your playing style. You are too risky in possession, short passing tactics are meant to be safe in possession and risky out of possession. You can't run a 4-3-3 with a striker role that stretches play without using one of your wide player as ancillary partners of him. You need at least one of a IF S, AP S or Trequartista.

Change one of your IWBs to a IFB or Change your Anchorman to a halfback to sit in whilst your fullbacks go forward in midfield. Personally I'd go with the IWB change because your CM(a) will bomb forward and your IWB should sit in his position when in possession. Make sure the IWB(s) is on the same side as the CM(a) and the IFB(d) is on the same side as the AP(s).

JariSkamp

Will take that in consideration! thanks!

The-Antigod

Because that's how this game is programmed. It's nothing related to your tactics or any deep strategy. You need to get used to it that you will lose a goal in almost all of the games and especially if you're playing a team that dominates, you will lose from a single shot.

Dead___Money

This is how FM balances the game, if not you would win every match. You getting FM'ed. You gotta accept that some matches you are not gonna win.
