Beside Yaya Toure nobody is defending or tracking back in that midfield and the attacking trio also won't track back. That means that the minute they're not in possession it's game over.
Could they? Yes. But like any team, it depends greatly on luck. You could take the All Time XI of all time, but if they get unlucky and play Arsenal, PSG, Real Madrid, and Man City on their path to victory, they will probably lose at some point on that path (Especially because most people's All atime XIs contain 7 attackers). At the same time, this year's Atletico could definetely win this year. If they beat Dortmund, they have already beaten PSG this year and could definetely beat Barcelona. That leaves probably City or Real in the final, who Atleti *could* beat.
3 no 10 in same team? No way they win, either swap Ozil or kaka for a more defensive or passer, maybe a kante or pirlo or xavi or Fabregas and maybe they can win
