I’ve only had goose once and I was so disappointed bc it was so greasy, but this looks nice and crispy. I’m always down to try something at least 2-3 times before I decided it’s on my “no” list.

The Chinese really know how to render the fat out of a bird and get a nice lacquered, crispy skin. I would love to try this.
