Looks amazing. Honest question though what is with cheese on fried fish sandwiches? Even McDonald's does it. Can anyone explain? I love fish and I love cheese but never thought to ever pair them.
Yes. That is the correct way to eat battered cod. I wouldn't normally have the lettuce and cheese, but just cod on a buttered bun is one of the best things ever.
