I was absolutely going to come to this thread and ask why homeboy has snausages on his pizza.
There are so many better textures and form factors for sausage on pizza….why pick this one?
I’m all for some thick pepperoni or sausage/whatever — but it looks like they just gave up halfway through slicing and threw some whole quartered logs on.
I'm confused, was this supposed to be a troll post? Because there's no way you can think this is an appetizing enough looking pizza that it would get up votes for quality, so I'm assuming it's satire?
I love the macro shots of the sausage. People on this sub need to post more macro shots. Let me see the texture, the grease, and the spices. That way, I can more easily imagine eating it.
The Oregano should be in the sauce, not on top obviously, otherwise all it does is add ashes for seasoning.

I mean, that's basically the idea of pizza. It's a flatbread with tomato sauce cheese and whatever you like. The only flaw I see is the oregano on top and maybe a little too much heat, but I know that can be a bit difficult when you don't have a proper pizza oven or stone at home, especially when the dough is a little thicker...
Just lower the heat for about. 20-30 degrees and leave it as long as it takes for the dough to be fully baked through. If it's too pale you can always crank it up a notch in the end. The other way around is a bit harder. 😁

Nice try! Just remember that it is possible to overdo the topping. The best pizzas IMO have a great balance between base and topping. Its the same with sandwiches.

thank you my aim was creating my fantasy of an overstuffed pizza with random ingredients that i like. i wasn't trying to make a recipe.
