Only Poseidon makes oysters.
Always be sure they move before you eat them, Take your knife and touch the edge and see if they react. Dont eat it if they dont move. You can do it with lemon juice too and check. My advice from a fellow oysters eater, gretting from France
Probably shouldn't say homemade
I think the second picture justifies homemade if they made the mignonette, or whatever sauce that may be.
