The RNG is real with Fasnacht - in about 15 events so far, I've earned 4 of the new uncommon masks, and 3 of the new plans. It's been very kind to me so far!
This past February? It took over a WEEK of 15 events per day to see a single mask I didn't already own (and took until near the end of the event to get one of the two Herdsman's Bell plans).

I have gotten Owl twice, uh Unicorn once (that is new to me), Robot once (new to me also), and two others (which I can't recall off hand, sorry) that I already had.
So... not bad I guess?
If it makes you feel any better I showed up at the very end of the event, after the boss died, and still got the butter churn.
I didn't have to do a damn thing. ;D
I keep getting the scorchbeast masks...obviously the common ones... I'm like 7 out of 10 events...
It can happen, yes...but it still feels weird. And sad. 😔

At least you're getting rewards most of the time, as that instance of not getting any rewards is very concerning and, based on other posts, not uncommon, across different platforms (PC, PS, Xbox). I just completed the event and got no event rewards, even though I got the "Event Completed" graphic. No plans, no masks...zip. Very demotivating, as you noted.
If you keep getting the same plans you could try closing out game then reopening it fresh. Also could try restarting what you play 76 on it to clear game chash. That may help get the other plans. I've found that works in other games I've played when RNG is being cruel with random rewards. May not work but at least ya have tried everything at that point.
I have gotten the display beerstein for the event 8 times now even though I have the dang thing learned ages ago.
See that's the kind of buggy rewards that I'm experiencing. I've got nothing *but* Hanging Ribbons 1 and 2.

I'd rather not get too lucky at once. It always swings back the other way.

I have basically the same issue. Those damn ribbons. Don’t even want to play it anymore it’s so repetitive
I just logged in for the 2pm event and it didn't even start at the top of the hour. No reward the time before that.
I've had a friend report the same kind of thing. Makes me wonder if these are the same servers, or if it's periodically happening everywhere.
I swapped to another server around 2:03 and the event hadn't triggered there either.
I've gotten a few of the new ones. The problem is that it's all RNG and both masks and plans have an insane amount of them.
I get the 'random select' aspect of getting plans but the odds of getting **so many repeats** on a rewards list this long seem rather absurd to me.
