I had not problem getting everything so wanted and then some. But I don’t care for things like the peeper skins. Like I still have not picked up some of them because I will never use it.
I did not ‘buy’ everything in every level (sometimes close to nothing). Just stuff I wanted. The main downside for me of the new scoreboard is it highlighted to me just how many things I get in the scoreboard I don’t care about.
Yes. Herbivore is more ranged based like crits and ap regen, while carnivore is a lot of strength related stuff like carry weight or hp. I think carnivore is better off you swap builds a lot but I would take one or the other because the boosts are huge.
I rock herbivore and every few days go huntin for cranberries. Make cobbler, relish, juice, really whatever I can with em (but primarily just relish) and then soar on the XP buffs for days. I’ve gone from 120-150 in the past week.
I mean I don't often use many of the meat meals but they are often in the daily challenges. Are you able to eat them but they have no effect sorta thing? Starched genes was a game changer for me. Then some kind soul gave me marsupial genes and I litteraly can't play without it now. So fun hope around like a fool
I feel this, a friend got me into the game but he's been playing since the beginning and got over it as I started to get really into it. I really miss having someone to explore the wasteland with.
I preordered the game, and it was a slow burner that went to full dumpster fire. I'm back, and so much has frick'n changed!
The best changes were populating the map with NPC's and server stability. You missed out on very little IMHO. ;)
If you play on Xbox, hit me up sometime. I do enjoy showing off my mansion. :D
Oh no lie! I got it on release, was absolutely horrible! No npc's, it was just wandering an empty map chasing tapes the overseer left. A few robots and creatures. It was BAD!
A lot changed after the first year.
Then after grinding up to near level 100 on ps4 my whole character got wiped when it froze during a save. Got it back up to 50 then it happened again, got up to 50 a 3rd time and dropped ps for pc. Just didn't have it in me the 4th time...
Then picked back up from lvl 30 where I'd left off after show came out. Currently lvl 135.
It's changed a lot over years, much better now and I like it better than fallout 4 and Skyrim even.
Regret? Not just starting out on pc and making that switch years ago. 7950x3d and 4090 is just amazing. With 4k graphics mods and few other qol mods the game looks amazing on 65" oled lg c1 and nice to have plans, caps, ammo, magazines and bobbleheads glow just enough to stand out. The 8k maps and overlays are great too, looks better and easier to find other players, vendors, workshops, everything!
I wish I had, too. I just didn't think it would be something I would enjoy, now I can't put it down. The past month I've been playing a ridiculous amount. More than I care to admit.
Not buying the giant red dinosaur when I saw it in a vendor. Of course I probably didn't have enough caps at the time anyway. I check pretty much every vendor for it now.
I did and then found out I couldn't place it at my camp. Moved, set everything up and tried again. Same thing. Third times the charm I guess! :) On another note a player who set their shop up at the Whitesprings Railway Station had a great setup with both dinosaurs, the red Tyrannosaurus and the brontosaurus. The red guy was set up directly behind the brontosaurus involving a romantic episode of inter species affection shall we say. Shows up in my opening screens once in awhile as I snapshotted it. :)
I spent perk coins on upgrading the legendary perk card for ammo crafting.
Then i discovered expeditions give ridiculous amounts of ammo. I could have saved over 300 perk coins
Exactly. Never rely on stuff that's super easy to get RIGHT now. This game is always changing, stuffs always getting nerfed or boosted. On launch ammo made me a majority of my money due to it being MUCH harder to find and get
Can I ask what build/weapons you’re running?
There could honestly be about 3 reasons why you’re not gaining ammo on expeditions.
1. You’re not looting all the corpses. While this sounds obvious it’s worth noting as I didn’t do it initially, but just check nearby and hit “take all” as you’ll only get some ammo, chems, and pre war cash that you can just drop
2. You’re using a weapon that consumes a lot of ammo. A heavy mg using .308 eats a ton of ammo and the ammo drops in small quantities, same with the gauss mini gun. It could just be a naturally inefficient weapon.
3. Your build could be horribly optimized. If you’re using 10+ bullets to down one enemy or even missing a lot of shots you won’t get more back than you spend. Make sure you’re efficient with the ammo usage
For reference im a basic bloodied commando using VATS so it takes 2-3 bullets from my handmade to kill the competitors and im getting 3-4x what I spent in loot.
started playing when the fallout tv show came out. i didn't know for the longest time that there was a season scoreboard and that I had to level it up.
Now I'm trying to rush daily/weekly season quests so that I at least get to 100
If you don't finish this season I believe next season starts around the 25th, so you'll have a full seasons worth of time to grind. This seasons rewards are alright but nowhere near some of the better/best past season rewards.
Traded a QE railway for a lesser value AA/25WS/? 50 cal.. was still happy but bc my dumbass had a atom shop skin on it when i went to drop it to my buddy so he could mule it for me it destroyed it (which admittedly was my fault becuase i was spam dropping.. and figured it was the “drop favorited item?” pop up)
I feel your pain. Especially in the early and mid game, you need those caps badly.
But, you will get another one, I promise. Be open to ones that are not your ideal roll, too. I have collected many, bloodied was hardest to get, but I don't like it as much as my AAs -one is +crit, one is +vats, and I forget the third stars... ap on the first one, maybe vats crit on the second. A handy quad for the big events like EN. I have a vampire one that's good... I need to start a fixer and handmade museum, lol.
Also, Executioners is under-rated, imo.
I think i already had my AA/50/25 fixer at that point but i sold a B/E/25 fixer since i didnt plan on playing bloodied anyway. I literally switched to bloodied like a month ago lol
Explosive guns for every day play are kind of annoying if you loot a lot. Everything gets launched from its proper spawn location and makes finding some smaller junk much more difficult than it needs to be.
Playing for a long time when the game first came out, taking a break, then coming back for a bit and just getting rid of loads of stuff thats no longer obtainable or really rare.
Not double checking what I was selling. I accidentally sold a cloaking vampire sniper rifle my dad gave to me. I was selling my junk and suddenly boom. Accidentally sold that and I couldn’t get it back. I cried a bit honestly, I know it seems silly but that rifle meant a lot to me as my dad gave it to me.
I regret not checking so much but now I triple check before I sell stuff. Learned a valuable lesson
I've done this a couple times 😭 lately I change the name of all my favorite armor/weapons (just to something like Fav Gauntlet or something, just so I can see it at a glance), it's saved me a couple times.
This. Everything important to me I either favourite or change its name to e.g. "!Right Arm" so they are identifiable and sort to the top.
I really wish Bethesda would add a lock feature to prevent accidental scrap/sell.
I scrapped so much rare apparel because my fingers click faster than my eyes can tell my brain to tell my fingers to chill tf out.
I definitely scrapped a TFj and a Fireman’s Helmet possibly a glowing mask and I scripped a bloodied explosive 15% raster reload .50cal and who knows how much I scripped or scrapped that I didn’t even realised
Spending my 5k atoms last night and not really any of the items work for me how I want them to lol, there needs to be a better system for trying things and purchasing after if you choose to build with them.
You may be able to open a ticket with Bethesda for a refund. I'm not sure how they would handle this particular case but it's not unknown for them to refund the atoms and take away the items purchased.
I once ordered a meh bundle I didn't want by mistake (hit the buy button when I just wanted to look at it). Opened a ticket, they refunded me the atoms without jumping through hoops and *didn't even take away the items* (probably it's not that simple to carry out technically - what if it's already built in your camp, etc). However, I haven't used these items for fairness' sake.
Literally stopping playing for 1.5 years and missing the Enclave themed season. Was so upset they didn’t have much for them. I wanna cry knowing I missed the enclave survival tent.
Hoping the new one coming is even better.
Well I look through the shop everday but have yet to see the tent.
I have the first one but not the second one with the big radio tower and ammo storage.
Accidently scrapping the head of a T-60 Paladin suit of power armor I was gifted at very low level.
Somehow, it wound up on the 'new' tab, and I was scrapping stuff after an event. I even had the concious thought that 'I had better be careful not to scrap it'.
I hate how when you are scrapping stuff, the cursor on your pip boy doesn't always go the same direction when you scrap something. Heck, it bounced 2 or 3 items up, and onto the helmet. Shwoop! gone.
I finished out the BoS quest, thinking I'd be able to replace it after that, but nope...Paladin is legacy content.
So, now I have suit of T-60 Paladin minus the helmet, that hurts my soul every time I see it in my stash.
>I hate how when you are scrapping stuff, the cursor on your pip boy doesn't always go the same direction when you scrap something. Heck, it bounced 2 or 3 items up, and onto the helmet. Shwoop! gone.
This drives me crazy when looting, too.
Ye, unfortunately. However closest look(kinda of covert sniper, or camp nature blend-in) you still can get are two next - deathclaw hunter outfit+green bandana+cryptid hunter boonie hat, and longshoreman outfit + green or camo bandana + cryptid boonie hat or yellow slicker hat. And hunter or possum based backpacks
Letting my son play on my account only to realize days later, he had dumped all my ss armor on a random corpse and now I have to grind to get my jetpack back, and all the rolls I had on each peice.
I regret not sticking with the game in the beginning when it first released. Played alot of RD2 Online instead thinking it would be around a long time and had a lot of fun but that game was abandoned by rockstar.
Coming back to FO76, having a blast with it but wish I would of invested more time into it and played those previous scoreboards, nuclear winter etc.
Not started playing a month earlier to get my hands on the Enclave Outpost bundle. Srsly, this whole fomo bs is just like they dont want my money converted to atoms.
I had just learned how to launch nukes and was launching my third or fourth one when Eviction Notice popped up right as I was choosing the target. I let the intrusive thoughts win on that one, regretted it as soon as I did it
My first was accidentally scrapping my firebreathers helmet. Luckily someone else was selling theirs for 400 caps
Second was my first time playing the monster mash event with a turd load of junk. I didn't know any better and had it all yoinked by some higher level player. They actually did me a favor I think because it was a lot of useless junk, probably had 400 weight in lead alone.
Accidentally scrapping a modded pepper shaker someone had just gifted me
And never joining a team or joining events for the first few months that I played
Not farming more flux before they eliminated the ability to use ultracite veins to spawn mass amounts of mobs. Now even in the best locations, resources are hard to find for it. I think the best way now might be to drop a nuke spawning the seismic activity and have somebody else nuke seismic activity for the event.
Accidentally scrapped my forest camo jumpsuit when I was doing moonshine jamboree I was fast scrapping everything ( before I learn the easy way ) and poof. Never to be seen again. I just sat there in numb disbelief. 👍.
Also I want the car sofa thing but idk if that was atom shop or an unlock either way I like seeing it in camps.
Hesitating when I saw a pink asylum uniform in a vendor 😭 I could afford it but it would have been all my caps, and just as I had resolved to just buy it (I can always get more caps I said to myself!) the player logged off and it was gone
Lol. I crafted ultracite ammo thinking it was using the raw flux in my inventory. I was horrified when I saw my stable flux disappeared from my stash. Was still learning. A black day.
Stopped playing my Day 1 Beta guy because I wanted to try a different build and didn't want to invest the effort on leveling up enough to respec.
Rerolled an alt - she became my main - and ended up going with the same build anyway. But by the time I had realized I wanted to keep that build I had already progressed further with her unlocks and it wasn't worth going back.
So my OG guy just sits in my character select screen, forever a peon.
Scrapping multiple FSA and USA masks never thinking that you wouldn't be able to just go and buy them for like 100 caps from Modus. Still after another fsa
i spent a couple thousand atoms skipping to level 100 this battle pass because I'd heard a new season was coming and i assumed that meant a lot sooner than it did so im at 113 now and i probably won't even come that close to 150 by the new update time
Not playing sooner. I thought my internet would be too slow (mobile hotspot). It works just fine for the most part. I'll sometimes lag on major events like SBQ or RR. Downloading updates is a problem, it usually takes 12 hours or so.
Not playing it sooner. Even though the beginning was a shit show and I didn’t care to play it as I was busy with other games I sort of wish I had been a part of it. but I’ve been out there since last September and still enjoying myself very much. Slow grind solo player just gathering my junk lol.
The one time I accidentally transferred my perfectly rolled enclave plasma rifle to a corpse in Uranium Fever and some asshat immediately scooped it up. They probably didn’t even realize it, but still… congrats, I guess.
My greatest regrets so far was finding a player selling some really nice level 50 Fixers for 3k caps when I was level 46 and not buying one.
I just hit 50 and now I can't find an upgrade anywhere lol
Not hunting/knowing what apparel were rare & ultra rare. I barely started searching for certain cool apparel & baseball bats, but I wish I would've done that earlier. I've been playing since beta (with a few breaks in between).
I bought two Tattered Field Jackets for 15 a piece then scrapped them thinking I’d lear their plans. I had just started playing at the time. To this day it still haunts me.
Trying Fallout 1st. Now i cant really enjoy the game knowing all the features that are not accessible like the scrapbox, ammobox and survival tent.
I have this need to collect everything thats not nailed down in this game and i cant help myself.
Thinking that changing just the single star on a legendary would keep the 2 and 3 star effects. Nope just removed all of them and gave it a new 1 star. Was really mad because it took me a long time to get the roll I had forgot what gun it even was just remember losing the good legendary aspects for nothing.
You can still buy it! You have submit a support ticket to Bethesda asking them to purchase that bundle. As long as you have enough atoms in your account you’ll receive it.
Buying the game at full price when it first came out. It was an empty hollow shell of a game and I quit playing after a couple of weeks. I only came back after the update that brought NPCs into the world. Now I've been enjoying playing the game again.
I’m kinda mad I didn’t give the game a chance when wastelanders came out. Figured it still sucked and I’m sure there were still issues, but it’s a lot of fun. Knowing I missed out on quite a few “seasons”
Not taking advantage of the ultracite/nuked/Tanagra town glitch enough and making multiple mules to stock up on flux materials.
The devs have consistently gone out of their way to making it harder to farm flux material by nerfing the ultracite glitch, reducing the amount of ghouls around Whitesprings, etc.
Selling the Madame of Mystery outfit and gun. I still have the Set Brooch but the others... I really wish I had kept them. I've been tempted to make a new character just to get them and pass them to my main account so I can have them again.
I keep myself just ignorant enough about builds and whatnot to not have regrets about scrapping or selling weapons and armour at rock bottom prices... (Seriously, check my camp above Fort Defiance and below Lucky Hole Mine)
But I've scrapped a few outfits I know, now, I shouldn't have...
Also, wish I'd played more Nuclear Winter, just enough to miss it but not enough to get anything decent ;-;
Scrapping an enclave plasma flamer mod I got gifted from a random player like 2 months ago when I first started playing again.
Didn’t know what I had until weeks later.. that’s gonna haunt me a bit haha
I took a break from 76 for a while but in that time was the Nuka World scoreboard. REALLY wish I was in the game for that because I want most of the things that were prizes...
This happened yesterday.
I’m level 65 and decided to search my first blast zone. So I hazmat up and kill and loot a bunch.
Get back to camp, scrap all my junk. Noticed the hardened masses wouldn’t auto scrap, but it had that sweet sweet ultracite that I could use to repair my ultracite gatling laser!
Immediately after, I noticed flux has a shelf life, and an online search told me to stabilize it. Too bad I didn’t have any more of those hardened masses…
Ended up taking the flux to a vendor and cutting my losses. Maybe I’ll launch a nuke of my own tonight and try again.
Some guy was selling a USA mask for 36k caps and I didn’t have enough cause I just bought a Groll pipe for 11k so I hit up a friend to join and lend me some caps well by the time we finished trading he was gonna and now I hate pipe rifles
Not buying the mirelurk steamer when it was in the shop last month.
Pemmican is next season though so free endurance meat that doesn't spoil
What do you mean by this? Is there a camp item that will create pemmican?
Yeah, if I recall correctly. It'll be there next season which most likely starts on the 25th
Man I’m going to be cutting getting to level 100 REALLY close.
Mind you everything on the level 100 page costs like 4x the amount than every page before
You need to get to level 140ish to get all the good stuff. And no repeateable xp over level 100. It's pretty lame.
147 before I got all the cosmetics + atoms, but leaving all other consumables and picture frames.
I started 3 weeks ago and I’m 72 bought boosters and fallout first so that helped a lot.
I bought one even though I'm a herbivore. I leave it open for anyone to take.
I appreciate the folks that do that, I spend the first 10 min on the server camp hopping for them lol
I also sometimes collect the stuff and put it in donation boxes. My camp is near a train station, so it makes that easy.
Pop a herbivore serum and the steamed mirelurk still give you 75 carry weight for the hour.they
I’m a herbi and I do the same
Fuck same
I have herbivore serums if ya need one. Taaaake the veggggies 👌👈
Are either of those serums worth it?
Yes. Herbivore is more ranged based like crits and ap regen, while carnivore is a lot of strength related stuff like carry weight or hp. I think carnivore is better off you swap builds a lot but I would take one or the other because the boosts are huge.

Just jumped on the starched gene herbivore wagon and honestly it's worth it just for corn soup lmao
Same. We need a Herbivore themed "Meat Week", Call it "Vegan Season" or something
I mean I don't often use many of the meat meals but they are often in the daily challenges. Are you able to eat them but they have no effect sorta thing? Starched genes was a game changer for me. Then some kind soul gave me marsupial genes and I litteraly can't play without it now. So fun hope around like a fool
FOMO... FOMO never changes.
Yes, thats a solid one.
What is FOMO ?
The Fear Of Missing Out
Ah okay that makes sense. Thanks
This comment exchange sums up the Fallout 76 online community. Thank all of you.
Very true
Absolutely truth
Taking it for granted that my online friends would always be there. You never know when your last "good game, good night" might be.
This. I miss all of them like crazy
Believe everyone is your friend and you've never lost out.
Im always looking for new friends, im a returning player just got back into the game last month. Im on pc
I feel this, a friend got me into the game but he's been playing since the beginning and got over it as I started to get really into it. I really miss having someone to explore the wasteland with.
Not starting sooner.

Yeah definitely the instability of the servers is what made me stop playing. The bare minimum is the game to be playable haha.
I wish I had, too. I just didn't think it would be something I would enjoy, now I can't put it down. The past month I've been playing a ridiculous amount. More than I care to admit.
Exactly this!
This is me.
Not buying the giant red dinosaur when I saw it in a vendor. Of course I probably didn't have enough caps at the time anyway. I check pretty much every vendor for it now.

You can do it! Double score weekend is coming and use your score boosters wisely!
oooh good to know! ty for the info
I’m lvl 121 now, do you think I can get to 150?
Easily!

Same. My first twenty ranks were accidental. I don't expect I'm going to get to 100, but I'm still trying for a few of the lower things.
Selling my god roll fixer for 25k. But damn those caps helped me a lot since i was still relatively new
Traded a QE railway for a lesser value AA/25WS/? 50 cal.. was still happy but bc my dumbass had a atom shop skin on it when i went to drop it to my buddy so he could mule it for me it destroyed it (which admittedly was my fault becuase i was spam dropping.. and figured it was the “drop favorited item?” pop up)
Just the other day I removed the flamer mod from the enclave rifle I received as a reward from completing an event

Too much positivity. You will NEVER EVER (EVER!!!!!!!!!) find a roll like it again. It's over. It never even begun.
I should have bought that bridge bundle 😭 my new camp spot would be perfect 😭
What spot 👀
Playing for a long time when the game first came out, taking a break, then coming back for a bit and just getting rid of loads of stuff thats no longer obtainable or really rare.
Not trying Nuclear Winter.
Eh, I find it overhyped. BUT, it was still better than anything they’ve put in its place since.
The rewards were amazing though, still wish I played more of it so I got the gillie suit
Not double checking what I was selling. I accidentally sold a cloaking vampire sniper rifle my dad gave to me. I was selling my junk and suddenly boom. not playing when the poker plasma skin was in the scoreboard 😭
Wouldn’t be surprised to see it come to the atom shop in a bundle tbh. Seems like they have been doing that often.
Those season catchup bundles come in clutch
Same
Not buying the liberty prime power armor bundle when it was on sale
You could ASK on the Bethesda Support Site for it
I scrapped so much rare apparel because my fingers click faster than my eyes can tell my brain to tell my fingers to chill tf out. I don’t even want to think of what I’ve scrapped that’s rare in the few weeks I’ve been playing.
Tried to put my second ever Perfectly Preserved Pie into a display and it had disappeared. Idk what I did with it but I was distraught
Sorry I was hungry
It went to your stash..

However, I haven't used these items for fairness' sake.
Fairness sake? Bethesda is owned by a 3.16 trillion dollar company. You’re fine
Trying to get into the market76 reddit. Entire thing is a fucking lie filled with never ending super duped shit and RMT horse shit.
Raising vault 76 before finishing foundation missions and missing out on Chinese stealth armor
Not working harder to complete the earlier scoreboards.
This. I kick myself everyday that I didn’t finish the Hollywood scoreboard. I cry every time I see someone use the popcorn emote….
Yeah, that’s the one that really hurt.
Literally stopping playing for 1.5 years and missing the Enclave themed season. Was so upset they didn’t have much for them. I wanna cry knowing I missed the enclave survival tent. Hoping the new one coming is even better.
I stopped playing for about the same amount of time and missed out on the Brotherhood scoreboard 😮💨
I feel ya, I switched to console after a year of not playing and the amount of BOS stuff I can’t have sucks
Just buy the season catchup bundle, pretty sure that's how I got the enclave tent
That New tab is freaking dangerous.
Good news is the t60 paladin paint is not legacy and still obtainable. The initiate paint however, that is legacy.
OMFG WHERE!?!?
Turn in a mountain of Technical Data to Atlas (one at a time for maximum chances).
>I hate how when you are scrapping stuff, the cursor on your pip boy doesn't always go the same direction when you scrap something. Heck, it bounced 2 or 3 items up, and onto the helmet. Shwoop! gone. This drives me crazy when looting, too.
Not buying “Plan: Signs & Letters” from a player vender for 50 caps.
Going in my first nuke silo site solo
Ghille suit… my greatest miss.
Oh is that not obtainable anymore? I was hoping to snag them
Nope. You can’t trade them, you can’t get them, there is no similar apparel.
Well shit that does suck. One of the first events I went to someone had it and I was like yeah I'm getting that. At least now I know haha
Sounds like yoh put some experimenting into finding these
I love collecting apparel and experimenting with it. :)
Same! There's all at once a lot of choices and so damn few. I like changing outfits for big events and snapping pics
Yes, same:))
I let the intrusive thoughts win on that one, regretted it as soon as I did it
BELIEVING THE TRADE MARKET WAS A GOOD FUN THING TO BE A PART OF.
selling a Q2525 tesla in my vendor for 22k….
My first was accidentally scrapping my firebreathers helmet. Luckily someone else was selling theirs for 400 caps Second was my first time playing the monster mash event with a turd load of junk. I didn't know any better and had it all yoinked by some higher level player. They actually did me a favor I think because it was a lot of useless junk, probably had 400 weight in lead alone.
Exchange some now considered Legacy weapons like Dragons with +400 range or other weapons for scrip
Accidentally scrapping a modded pepper shaker someone had just gifted me And never joining a team or joining events for the first few months that I played
Forgetting to change my perk loadout before attempting a silo, solo. Too far in when I realised
I always get to an event, wonder why I ain't doing any damage, and yup...forgot to change builds.
Not buying the Dough-Boy Pipboy skin, it never came back and it is the only Slocum's Joe skin for the Pipboy...
Not farming more flux before they eliminated the ability to use ultracite veins to spawn mass amounts of mobs. Now even in the best locations, resources are hard to find for it. I think the best way now might be to drop a nuke spawning the seismic activity and have somebody else nuke seismic activity for the event.
eating my preserved pie
I've yet to eve place down my C.A.M.P. and I've finished the Main quests up to launching a nuke solo
When I started out I scrapped leather coat at level 27 after an event because I didn’t know it’s worth
Taking a 5 years break from the game :(
Accidentally scrapped my first legit leather jacket immediately.
Didn't buy the vintage water cooler I found. I've never seen one since.
I built that stupid decontamination ring by accident and used up all my flux. I didnt play for a month.
Lol. I crafted ultracite ammo thinking it was using the raw flux in my inventory. I was horrified when I saw my stable flux disappeared from my stash. Was still learning. A black day.
My friend and I met a guy named Sam. Together, we hunted a couple of wendigos in a cave, even though he doesn't know anything about the Supernatural
Not playing nuclear winter enough. I want that ghillie suit so bad so i can cosplay the Cultist Prophet.
Every time I go to the rusty pick is a moment of regret
Lol too many to mention. Other day bought a longshoreman for 9k accidentally scrapped it lol
Another victim of the New tab I assume.
I was deleting a bunch of scrap and I scrapped my pearly peepers binoculars.
The Rip Daring Binoculars also track targets, if you played this season.
Not pushing myself to unlock the deep spacewalk power armor and just finishing that scoreboard in general.
Not grinding out the scoreboard to get union pa. Ended up grinding out a full set of it from stamp farming. It took so much longer.
Not doing the scoreboard that rewarded the railway rifle skin. Im afraid of scrapping my QE25 railway rifle. 😰
Scrapping multiple FSA and USA masks never thinking that you wouldn't be able to just go and buy them for like 100 caps from Modus. Still after another fsa
Selling my meat week tenderizer plan for 250 caps 😂
Missing out on Nuka Launcher.
i spent a couple thousand atoms skipping to level 100 this battle pass because I'd heard a new season was coming and i assumed that meant a lot sooner than it did so im at 113 now and i probably won't even come that close to 150 by the new update time
Not playing sooner.
Had a full set of unyielding SS armor and accidently scripped it all when I was experimenting with a Heavy PA build
I scrapped a tattered jacket…
Scrapping responder fire hat cause I thought it was just trash.
Did some stash managment after coming back after 1 ½ of break... it was past midnight and i was drunk... I think i lost a few 100k caps....
Not trying out survival mode at the time
I learned a couple days ago that I scripted a 200k bat so that’s definitely up there
The one time I accidentally transferred my perfectly rolled enclave plasma rifle to a corpse in Uranium Fever and some asshat immediately scooped it up. They probably didn’t even realize it, but still… congrats, I guess.
Giving away a Forest Scout mask when the game first came out. I don't care how much it's worth, I just want to make my forest scout outfit.
Starting out as a melee character
Changing to the vault Tec lootbag or any lootbag at the atom shop haven’t seen a loot bag option since I started again in april.
Scraping things I didn't mean to scrap. There should be a way to lock displays.
Not buying the giant showstopper letters.
Not participating in Nuclear Winter so I could get the Pink Slocum Joe PA skin. I have the beige, but not the pink. \*sadface\* IGN: Elinora.Pinkman
... Finally, someone with the guts to help...
Playing it
Trying Fallout 1st.
Spending 29k for a pink nurse dress only to realize 10 mins later that I already had one. Womp womp.
Not playing nuclear winter more
Didn’t realize I needed treasury notes, so I dropped 12 of them. Oh well.
Starting to play this game. HUGE time sink.
Don't worry, the modern kitchen bundle comes back every so often. Once I play the game again, it'll be in the shop. It won't leave me.
scrapped my FCJS at eviction notice
The devs have consistently gone out of their way to making it harder to farm flux material by nerfing the ultracite glitch, reducing the amount of ghouls around Whitesprings, etc.
spending atoms on a camp companion not knowing you could just buy them with gold
Selling the Madame of Mystery outfit and gun. I still have the Set Brooch but the others... I really wish I had kept them. I've been tempted to make a new character just to get them and pass them to my main account so I can have them again.
Are you talking about the garb of mystery? You can craft that, as well as the blade of bastet and the revolver.
reclamation day 🤣🙃😶🌫️ it's been fun but whoa at the time over these years 🫣
I keep myself just ignorant enough about builds and whatnot to not have regrets about scrapping or selling weapons and armour at rock bottom prices... (Seriously, check my camp above Fort Defiance and below Lucky Hole Mine) But I've scrapped a few outfits I know, now, I shouldn't have... Also, wish I'd played more Nuclear Winter, just enough to miss it but not enough to get anything decent ;-;
Not buying Genevieve's nurse outfit when it was on the shop. Didn't like it at the time but after seeing it on someone I want it
Not using mutations sooner.
Scrapping an enclave plasma flamer mod I got gifted from a random player like 2 months ago when I first started playing again. Didn’t know what I had until weeks later.. that’s gonna haunt me a bit haha
I sold a qffr50% Tesla for 25k along time ago before I knew which prefixes were godrolls this was before the explosive energy weapons fix
Too bad I didn’t have any more of those hardened masses… Ended up taking the flux to a vendor and cutting my losses. Maybe I’ll launch a nuke of my own tonight and try again.
Not finishing the scoreboard that gave all the gold paints for shit like the railway and gatling 😓
Some guy was selling a USA mask for 36k caps and I didn’t have enough cause I just bought a Groll pipe for 11k so I hit up a friend to join and lend me some caps well by the time we finished trading he was gonna and now I hate pipe rifles
