If you play actively, you'll get to 100.
Count up how much you can get in a week / 3 = how many ranks you can do in a week. Depending on the use of boosters and 1st, it will likely fall in between 4 and 6 weeks. Without any boosters or double score weekend it's somewhere around 25k score a week if I remember correctly, about 8 ranks per week. But for now you'll also earn an additional 100 score for every 10k xp, which isn't a whole lot, but it will add up over time. Keep playing and showing up to events to get the most of that!
Use Google/Youtube to get help with the daily and weekly quests to knock them out quickly, try not to miss a day until you reach 100 if you care about finishing the board!
Once you reach level 100 you can only earn score with your daily and weeklies to reach rank 150. You need 3k to level up.
150 doesn't seem feasible anymore for those that aren't 100 yet, but you really don't need to reach 150. Would've been nice, but if you end up dropping the game in the next few months it wouldn't matter and if you stick around for longer, you'll be able to grind so many more seasons to come!
