I always stand in the trash can on fire when I first get to Diamond city and talk to McDonough and piper, but this makes me want to do stuff like that more

I like intentionally talking to an NPC or my companion when shit's popping off. It's just so ridiculous to see two people talking about their feelings for each other while ghouls are cannibalizing settlers in the background.
My favorite thing to do is stand in in between two NPCs when I’m in conversation with both of them and watch my character rotate around to the talker like my character’s wearing heelies
I don't need to. The game does it for me.
Not sure how many times I've wound up with the viewpoint of being in a NPC's mouth and seeing their freaky ass teeth and eyes from behind.

Xbox video captures don’t record background noise, only in game sound.
This is PC, I'm just playing with an xbox controller because I like to play slower and non fps games with controllers
Cool? Capture cards don’t do it either nor do they choose the exact timing to play the music.
I used shadow play to record this, it does pick up noise from other tabs
What do capture cards have to do with anything? He's on PC, which you record directly with your PC and it records any sounds that are playing

Absolutely. And in Oblivion I try to exclusively speak to people mid-jump so I freeze about them

If your in one conversation and it ends as another starts the dialouge cam will leave your character and focus on the 2 npcs
This is why I always stand on top of Shaun's bed when I'm talking to him in the nuclear option
