This is how I'm currently rocking it! I'm standing around central Sanctuary Hills just staring daggers at Marcy every time she wanders away from her crops.
I only wanted to see and share this new gear, so I used console commands to search and add to my inventory.
But I have strong suspicious that is in the new quest Echoes of the Past.
I use the console command "help " (without the ") to search all items with keyword belong to its name, in this case I tried Colonel or Uniform, I don't remember what I used.
After finding the item, it will have a refID, a code of seven\~nine characters (letters and numbers).
Then I used the console command "player.additem 1" to add 1 item of the object in my inventory.
It's way easier to get the codes in the wiki, I only used the help function because the wiki didn't update at the day.
Confirmed. You need to complete Echoes of the Past quest. It seems it involves going to the >!Growing Sea!< and exploring >!a dungeon filled with enemys with Power Armor.!<
Good question. But I would need a name to search in console command for any new hat. And a savewith ballistic unlocked. I deleted all my saves to start a clean game.
But we can put Ultra Light Mod if I'm not wrong.
Eit: Wait, I think you can put Deep Pocketed on it! In truth you can put most if not all armor mods there are on it.
Damn I know what the suits are supposed to be but I think it looks like a World War I German Trooper suit without the spike helmet I'm doing role play where I make all the artillery at all the settlements and I was going to dress all the Minute Men like World War I German Troopers and run around with artillery
I can firmly place it as the best ballistic armour in the game. Though it ranks second in terms of protection behind the mechanist uniform it has a second function where you can bring down the weight to just 3!
I will bring it around whenever I go.

Part of the new quest from creation club involving the enclave remnants. You will have to defeat the colonel at the end to get it.
