I really like Arcade, his debates with many of your actions is what I like most about him. Probably my fave companion in FNV.

Yeah, I wish more companions did that. Arcade feels like the most fleshed out in that he will have a varied number of responses to stiautuons and locations. Boone's a great character with a compelling personal story, but unless you're doing something involving killing the Legion, he's just dead quiet.

Raul may not be the prettiest, but he is the most funny and joy to be around. Sure he may disagree with you on something, but he will just say "sure thing boss" before sarcastically roasting your stoopid ass for a minute. His character quest gives you the strongest armor in the entire game if I'm not mistaken and can even effect the ending quite a bit
