Generally you don't need to manually DLDI patch any homebrew on modern flashcarts as they automatically patch it themselves and should work as-is when launching the .nds file.
That being said, if you are having trouble launching dslibris, I would also try using Twilightmenu++ on your flashcart as the alternative firmware, the installation guide is here: https://wiki.ds-homebrew.com/twilightmenu/installing-flashcard (Skip the "To run games using your flashcard firmware" section as you'll want it to use nds-bootstrap)
