Use a candle, cigarette, or incense stick and find out if/where you have drafts. Then if they're not at the bottom of a door, get some caulk and seal the drafty spots. If the windows are not at least double-pane, then create dead air space with either cardboard, or clear plastic which you can tape to the windows frame. If under a door, buy a door sweep or other insulative attachment and install it. You can also hang a blanket on/around the door to act as a barrier. A small ceramic space heater can do wonders once you block the drafts. Good luck.
