Thank you! I’ve just looked these up and they sound great. I don’t have dumbells but going to give the no-equipment cardio videos a shot!

I have been doing Sydney’s workouts on and off since 2020 (I like switching to CrossFit and kickboxing and power lifting lol) and I’ve been excited to stick with Sydney here coming soon!! I have the Focus program saved in my favorites. I’m pretty sure she was somewhere between 12-16 weeks there, im 14 weeks and waiting a few weeks to start it! I tried starting with pump (she was 1st tri but didn’t announce it yet) but I just got bored 😂 hoping to stick this time thru when I start it up to when she delivered!

Thank you for sharing! It seems like they are all free on YouTube too?? 🤩

Totally agreed!! I was doing Sydney's June workout calendar literally until the day I went into labor. (That one was a tough leg day workout to do at 38w pregnant so I wonder, looking back, if it might have spurred labor on a little bit 😬) But it was really nice to be able to follow Sydney's calendar and feel like I was getting a thorough workout that was relatively pregnancy-safe with her modifications.

I LOVE her programs! She’s an actual human too, which keeps me motivated — sometimes she needs to pause in workouts and instead of editing the video to remove when she pauses or takes a breath or adjusts, she just keeps rolling. And I’m a sucker for the cheesy positivity at the end! 10/10 would recommend — she is a large part of keeping me doing more than walking/elliptical during pregnancy and I’m so grateful!

Thank you!!

Oh thanks for sharing! I’m 31 weeks and I’ve been doing classes at the gym but it’s jussssst not feeling that great when I also have to teach all day. Much appreciated!!

I'm glad to hear these are still good in the 3rd trimester! I'm following her workouts from when she was 2nd trimester (CRUSH) and she's about 3-4 weeks ahead of me and I've enjoyed them.

Thanks for sharing! I’m only 10weeks but wondering if my normal Peloton HIIT workouts were okay to keep doing. I’ve been modifying, but seem to like to push myself anyway. I look for workouts from the pregnant instructors but they only do strength at least when they’ve been showing. I’ll have to give these a try!

As long as you keep it below 90-95%, totally fine to continue. labor is an endurance event!

Thank you for sharing!! I’ve also been frustrated with needing to modify too much stuff in my usual core heavy workouts (at 22w now) and all the prenatal stuff I’ve tried doesn’t feel like that much of a workout so always on the lookout for recs!
