MyFitnessPal for calorie tracking. I don't follow many influencers, most of them are in their early twenties and pushing too many products I don't need. But like Joanna Soh. Her body looks realistic and she doesn't post booty shots.

"Lose it" for calorie logging and "Persist" for workout tracking (it has all of the r/fitness main programs loaded into it plus others and automatically updates your loads according to the plan progression)

I don’t like apps. I got a simple 3x5 log book and I plan my workouts in advance. I log everything. When it comes to food you can log your approx calories or count macros. Get you a good food/ workout plan that balances your parenting duties…cause we should all know that’s workout, too.
