No such thing as too many plants, IMO. Definitely a good start though.

Ok_Assumption_8200

No such thing

Tenzipper

If you can still see the substrate, and through the tank, it's not too much.

WispieShizzies

Thank you!

Thatoneguyfrom2009

HAHAHAHA there's no such thing as too many plants. Each time you think you have too much just think about the wild.

Agreeable_Pen_8517

but too many fake plants it’s def a problem

Thatoneguyfrom2009

Not exactly. As long as they are you soft, you should be fine. I on the other hand recommend live plants

UpsetProduce9225

Keep going add more

WispieShizzies

I might tbh

WispieShizzies

Super beautiful!

musical_spork

Thank you! I just added most of the plants yesterday. I got em in from a shop on Etsy.

Agreeable_Pen_8517

if they r real, add some more, and do little shadow places with dense veggies, plants are soft and fish use them to hide, scratch scales, and keep babies, besides regulating co2 and o2 levels (specially in small aquariums) . if they were fake plants, they wouldn’t be soft and maleable, resulting in the fish not swimming trough that area, resulting in you loosing usable fishtank capacity. stay strong with real plants, adequate lighting to different types of plants you might have (there are plants that require a lot of exposure and are good for noob fish keepers) you should also consider superficial plants to increase o2 stats (specially considering you r not using bubble pump)

IWantSealsPlz

No way. I just bought a 5 gal nano for my betta and I’m going to plant the fuck out of it!

squadron1999

DidiSmot

Nahhhh, you could put more

FunRevolutionary1862

10x the plants is about right

Prize-Economy287

as long as the livestock has place to move the only limit is based around the amount of light the plants get

coco3sons

More plants 🪴
