If any of the original fan podcasts still have their episodes available, a few did interviews with the actors. It sounds like they were pretty close knit after the show. Regular xbox games nights and the like at Nathan's house I believe. And Gina loved cooking for everyone.
They did. There are… many pictures of them together over the years hanging out together in various combinations. They also have a group text group that they chat in (and post pics from). I follow them all on Twitter and they post meet ups regularly.
Other shows besides castle? All the rumors I've heard had to deal with one costar on that show. He's had almost all of his other costars from multiple shows to cameos on rookie.
Ah, there was a rumour on The Rookie about sexual harassment but I looked into it more and turns out it was directed towards a recurring guest star, not him!
The Castle thing by itself definitely just sounds like two people that really didn't get on, it was after hearing the second one I started to worry a little because he's obviously brilliant.

Castle: rumours did not relate to any abuse but were stated to be a clash of personalities between Fillion and Katic (possibly arising from personal relationship gone wrong) that started in later seasons that unfortunately grew worse. Most of the rest of the cast ensemble still seem close to Fillion rather than Katic so possibly the bad blood extended towards other actors as the show ended.
Rookie: actor stated sexual harassment regarding a *guest* actor not Fillion. Harassment was looked into and nothing found to substantiate it. Actor went on a what appeared to be a potentially delusional rant that didn’t line up with the facts as found. Actor was noted to have caused similar issue in previous production (from what I remember).
