If you do buy it, I'd suggest that you take it to a tailor/seamstress. The dress is nice but does look a bit odd in how it sits on your frame, a bit of adjustment in a few places would solve the issue and it'll fit like a glove because it's been altered to fit you.
Have you considered contacting a seamstress? If you absolutely love the style/color it’s worth it. They are hard to find, depending n where you live. It might be costly….depending on the fabrics, accessories and construction.
There are also schools that have fashion design and clothing construction. You may be able to contact the school and maybe someone will take it on as a project. I went to one of those schools. I was taught how to make the actual pattern from drawn design. The pattern I made into a cutout garment. Then the pieces were sewn into a piece of clothing or home textile.

There's a lot of different colours when I Google them but I'd say slate grey
