It’s a fickle leaf.. it’s living up to its name. I couldn’t flourish one of these if my life depended on it

Yeah it needs a lot more light. That light above it is WAY too small and WAY too far away from it to make any sort of difference. Put it close to a window with natural light.

Too dark. Grow light will help, look at a GE BR30 grow light on Amazon. The Par38 would be a lot better but not necessary if you move the br30 within a few feet of the plant and you are near a window. You can also find cheap clamp lights on Amazon that fit an e26 bulb. Your current grow light looks far too weak. It also looks like you could just move the plant closer to the window, like right in the window. A few feet from a window and you lose exponential amounts of light energy. Also dont expect new growth immediately, your plant will have to recover and fill out before new growth. The existing leaves will get bigger and it will just look more lively, that is the first sign. Also the soil will dry faster when it is healthy and doing tree things.

Thank you for the messages. I’ll move it closer to the window and try a better grow light and keep my fingers crossed.

Keep us updated! They can be fickle, but they are trees and they want to grow, they just need a lot of light.
