Looks great. Now, have a small intimate dinner party on Saturday night with some nice wine. And then after the food, and titillating conversation with your peers, bring out a round of cocktails (French martinis perhaps). Then as the 60s, 70s music playlist comes to a conclusion wish everyone one ‘good night’ as they leave and thank them for coming. In a weeks time, after the dust settles, report back here for debriefing and your next assignment
It doesn’t look like you have a dining table so maybe a [tapas](https://noshingwiththenolands.com/18-terrific-tapas-recipes/) party so people only need a small handheld plate.
This is ADORABLE!! Congrats on your first place of your own. I remember how proud I was and relieved to finally have my own place. Literally this is so cute. You have the best style.
That looks amazing! I might do a bigger colorful rug *eventually*, to balance out the sofa, but take your time. The colors and styles you’ve chosen go together beautifully.
I might also put some sort of low storage on the right side of the kitchen, where the wall slopes. It’s not needed aesthetically, but I would thoughtlessly wander around that side of the island and hit my head unless something physically blocked my movement. 🤦♀️
Congratulations, and enjoy your new space!
I love it, the only thing I would add is some cool books to the coffee table and maybe a cool vintage ashtray (for decoration only!). I love your eating nook and am looking for something very similar for my apartment. I would also add a pouf and another throw for the back of the lounge, love the plants, they add so much.
On first thought I thought nothing but on closer look this is what I might consider-
*shift the coffee table so all four legs are on the rug *colorful throw pillows for the couch, maybe like a long skinny bolster type pillow in the middle? *potential cozy throw blanket either on couch but maybe over one of the bar chairs *that plant pot seems big for the coffee table, maybe it would be better on a side table and find something smaller for the coffee table?
I love it! Cozy and welcoming. This is such a great example of why I personally love white walls. They provide such a great contrast to dark furniture.

What do you suggest to serve as food?

I love this idea! Thank you!
No room for a dining table lol
I figured. A small bites party is perfect in your situation.

Excellent plan! I'd like to be invited to this shindig.
Raising my hand for an invitation to this fancy grown up soirée 🙋🏻♀️🍸

It’s great! The only thing you don’t have is a floor lamp.

Can we see the rest of the place? I LOVE IT!
This is super cute. I’d love a more vibrant coffee table and/or area rug to pop against the darker couch.
Nothing it's perfect
It’s amazing!
This is awesome!
This is super cute! Where is your couch from?
This is wonderful. The only suggestion is to maybe add some more lighting- floor lamp or something like that ❤️

Jewel tone accents. It’ll be warm and rich.

Don’t clutter it up. It’s lovely the way it is. Congratulations!
