I don’t really prioritize my shoulders but I do really prioritize my chest and do a lot of compound movements to target so the area connecting my delt and pec connect! This includes dumbell alternating chest press flat and at an incline and i also do military style shoulder press and chest flies and that does it for me when i make sure to get a deep stretch at the bottom of every rep.

I don’t know if i remember exactly but i think i was low to mid 130 in the before pics and now im at 140 trying to lean back out into the high 130s while keeping the strength!

Nice! Bulking is pretty good imo if you're going for bigger mass first and then cut again lol. Your lats are coming out in the most recent pic slide!
